Tom99 Posted August 2, 2023 Posted August 2, 2023 A six cylinder engine was more fitting for a stock 1960 Falcon Ranchero.

It's the air cleaner housing. IIRC, Datsun/Nissan moved it from the side of the engine to in front of the radiator when they added the turbocharger.

Thanks in advance, Rico Sure thing! It's a Model Car World engine and B-N-L transmission with a whole lot of custom work. This is what it looked like at first: I cut off the molded-in parts and carved new details on the right side of the block, remade the oil pain, and replaced the parts I removed with a combination of scratchbuilt and kitbashed items.
camaro69 Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 Thanks Bill, any informations if this engine is still available somewhere?
spencer1984 Posted October 25, 2023 Posted October 25, 2023 I believe this is their current version of it: https://mcwfinishes.com/shop/ols/products/1960s-chevrolet-230250-6-cylinder-engine
