Pretty much outta the box, 1981 issue of the kit molded in red. Wuz a baggie kit that I have no idea where or when I got but it's been kickin around my shop fer years so I finally did sumthin with it.

"Chrome" is Revell spray chrome.

Nice build. Is all the chrome the Revell spray? If so, I need to get some. Looks like it came that way off the kit sprue. The headlights are great.

Your model A is an absolute knockout! I love the color choice. It’s really nice to see one built stock for a change.

Man I gotta tell ya....that's a Looker for sure.  Those colors are spot on.  What paint is the body colors and I'm also curious about the Revell spray chrome.  Was that sprayed right over the box chrome?  If so, it may be worth the $35 a can.

The paint work really looks great. I don't think any real model A ever looked this good. Cleanly detailed engine and trim. After seeing this chrome work, I'll have to get some of the Revell spray chrome as well.

Echoing what others have already said - That is a stunning build.

This is the old AMT kit?  Is this the same that is part of the recent Mod Rod reissue?  Amazing work.
