I suppose the flying saucer from War of the Worlds had to end up somewhere once the aliens died.

However, I find it is not the most curious thing in the lot. There are a lot of strange looking cars there, too. For example, what is the slab-sided white car in the second row behind the saucer and to the left?

In fact, I find I can't identify most of them. Is this photo from Auatralia? I am looking for steering wheels to see if they are right-drive, but I can't even see those.

Got watch some of these AI images, there are a lot of people falling for them, especially seniors, it seems.

that said, some of the ones Bob posted looked really sharp and alternate universe plausible!

A friend kept sending me AI car images on Messenger, I found a decent FB group "AI Automotive Art" and it's got a ton of images, some are really pretty cool and well done. Others...not so much. It's funny to pick out flaws that AI gets confused on. Strange extraneous panel lines, extra headlights, weird perspective.

Since all I'd done was look at AI images, I wanted to at least get an idea of what was going on with it. This was a decent video I found to describe it and also mirrors what I've noticed with at least some of the images.

Have you ever seen sone of the ones wit people in them?  Those are a trip, hands with different number of fingers and none the right amount, obvious inaccuracies that don’t make sense in any other forms art outside of abstract art, just not intentional.

That UFO picture has been making the rounds on FB over and over recently.  I get the wry humor in the concept, but in the end I'm rather tired of the same old AI images getting posted over and over there.

I've presumed that one to depict a boneyard rather than a parking lot, but whichever...

Yes, it seems funny now, but wait few more years (or maybe even not that long), and we will all be really screwed.  What's real and what's AI generated fantasy will be indistinguishable.  No such thing as photographic, video. or audio proof anymore.  We sure live in some interesting times.  Remember, the AI we are seeing now is still in its infancy.

A.I. - having no actual intelligence - cannot distinguish between the back of one car and the front of another, which might explain why it put what looks like a Galaxie back end on the front of this 'car.'

Most of the AI restyling attempts are questionable, but I do like that purple one second from the top.
