Revell's '57 Chevy Pro Finish model with the wheels and tires from the snap custom. I saw this car at a local car show a couple years ago and thought it would be fun to try and build a little one. The model is more turquoise than the photos show but that must have been the lighting.

I have trouble doing real precise kinds of finishing steps anymore because of a tremor in my right hand. So my friend Roger did the foil. But the rest is me.

From here on, I'll have to find projects that don't need foil. I can still do most of the rest.

Anyway...

G’day Terry. I’m a big tri 5 Chevy fan and yours is excellent, you’ve replicated the patina on the real 57 perfectly on your build. Hats off to yourself and your friend Roger on a great job.??

Great looking paint work to get the sun burned look. The chrome body trim all looks well done. Like the stance along with the wheels & tires.

Like the song said "we get by with a little help from our friends" and this awsome Chevy proves it. Really well done in replicating the inspiration car. Great team work Terry and Roger.

Cheers,

David. ??
