A Hack Body and Fender Man could fix that with 1,000 lbs of Bondo,100sq yards of chicken wire, 50ft of 2x4's to fix the frame, and 20gal's of Home Depot Flat Latex Paint

honest sales ad (with missing information)

classic car for sale. 

one careful lady owner (the other 20 owners didn't give a hoot(prob cos the horn rotted away))who only used it twice a week, once for groceries and once for church(both on opposite ends of daytona beach).

Used to live near Pismo Beach in central Cal. years ago. Anyone could drive out on to the beach, and some would get stuck in the soft sand at low tide. There were more than a few Sunday mornings when I would go out in my Baja style type 1 and survey the ones that didn't get off the beach by high tide.
