Whooee, it's nasty out there. I bundled up with a T-shirt, heavy flannel shirt, heavy Carhart coat, fur lined gloves, and a flannel lined construction helmet liner. Got covered what needed to be covered. I think i will go out to the shop and do some model stuff.

Hey Doug - we'll be out you way next Sunday for the train show.

I found it. It's at the Volusia County Fairgrounds east of Deland. That's about 12 miles up I-4 from me. Who's going?

High of 14F today, low of -10-15F overnight tonight. I know we got nuthin' on our Canadian brothers but it is cold! That's why I can get something done this time of year. Summers are too short for hobbies.

We had a lonnnnng winter last year. Three weeks instead of the usual two.

Cold, too. I had to get out a long sleeve shirt.

And get a pair of snow-sandals.

At least we get to play golf with white balls year-round.

Sorry......

Nice picture of Tempe Lake!

In sunny North Queensland (Skin Cancer Capital of Australia) the daytime temp is around 91deg f & that drops to a chilly 77deg f overnight. Our winter temp rarely gets below 52 deg f for the 2-3 weeks per year that winter lasts. Sometimes I envy you guys that live where that white stuff falls from the skies (NO, not golf balls)
