ewetwo
Love the Karmann Ghia. We had a convertible that my dad use to ice race on Lake George in upstate NY. When. it wasn't raced my mom used it. She would take us 6 kids and our dog Ringo to the beach in it. That's before the stricter laws came into play. ewetwo
picked these up today and my Magic Sculpt was in the mailbox when I got home. The station wagon from my local Hobby Shop. Not cheap but I like to support him and haven't seen it anywhere locally till today. And the Mercury from a sale on Facebook Marketplace for $15. ChrisBcritter
Picked up an AMT '72 "Crew Chief" Blazer at the LMMCC meeting last night. The roof is kinda warped (is this a common problem?) but the body's straight.

Rocking Rodney Rat
Modelhaus tires, they're still going, fast shipping, too. I love these tires or street rods. Be advised, they fit AMT sized wheels not Revell sized wheels. www.modelhaustires.com -RRR

I've always had an interest in classic tractors, but apart from a few old Ertl models, I've never seen any 1:24th kits over here, and I'm not into collecting diecast models, which there are plenty of tractor models out there. Gramps46
I went out to the mailbox and this poor old thing followed me back to the house. Well with the weather turning cold I figured I better bring it in. I thought at first it was a 1965 AMT Corvette but now realize it is a 1965 MPC Corvette. My lucky day. espo
Great starting point. The glue should be nice and brittle by now to help disassembly and minimal paint removal. Â
Mike999
The fe-mail carrier dropped off 2 late arrivals yesterday afternoon: 1/24 scale Aoshima '74 MGB and the ICM 1910 Paris Taxi. I ordered these from a big U.S. online vendor back in Sept. Both were showing as "In Stock." But by the time the vendor confirmed my order, both were out of stock and back-ordered. It took 2 months, but they did get here in the end. Neat, but that damage on the quarter panel looks like it will be a pain to repair unless you replace the entire quarter panel.

ChrisBcritter
It was included with the AMT '59 and '65 El Caminos; it was in the first issue of the '65 and the second (IIRC) issue of the '59.
