I'm wondering if Revell or anyone else will consider making a new Jeep Gladiator? I really like that vehicle, and would love to see a model of it.

Its not a bad idea for a kit, the 4x4 guys would probably be very happy if they did.

A four-door Wranger might be cool too. Around here, I see more four-doors now, than two-doors, of the lastest generation Wrangers.

Agreed, same here, its rare to see a newer 2dr Wrangler, its pretty much all 4drs.

4 hours and it's done! My second Franzis engine. I built their Mustang 289 K code engine almost two weeks ago. I was so happy with that I had to buy Porsche 911 motor too. I great kit. Everything snaps and screws together. No waiting for glue to dry. And like the old Renwal/Revell Visible V-8, everything is sturdily designed, and works the first time. I love it.

Is that a new release of the Heller 1928 Citroen Fourgonette?  Those Amora and Heller decals look fantastic. I'd like to have some myself.  I have the much older "Borden" and "Waterman" versions of that kit.

I'm not sure if this is a new release, or not. I've searched on Google and there are very many suppliers of this kit, but no one says that it is a new one! I'll have to see if I can lift the images well enough to replicate them for decals.

I picked this up on eBay, been wanting a Jeep CJ kit and tripped across this. Probably spent a little more than I should have for it but I'm keeping social distance lol...

Looks like you get a choice between blue or yellow body, top and doors.

Yeah looks like parts from 3 kits, enough to build one but if I can pick up a second chassis maybe two....

Started to stock up on paints today. I'll have to order some Testors sprays and 1/4 oz bottles online. I should have all I need for my next 6 builds after I get the online shopping done.

I'm planning to use the Lindberg '66 Chevelle as a donor to detail my AMT Craftsman Series 1966 Buick Skylark GS. The interior upholstery pattern is similar, if not identical.

Wow....seriously under estimated the size of the box!  Auction win and one of those that I'm not expecting to see reissued any time soon.....

Not like I could sneak this one past the wife!

Yeah, I couldn't find any of the Mopars I was interested in without paying out the wazoo: so, I temporarily switched allegiance. :D

A note about that '66 442 hardtop kit, for those who might not know:  the earliest run of those kits had a wrong (standard) front bumper, with the parking lights in the corners of the bumper slots.  The box art shows them in the right place, moved inwards to make room for the W-30 air scoops.  But the box art was re-touched.  That's the famous Wal-Mart "checkerboard" box, but the regular kit box has the same red car on it.

AMT-ERTL caught the goof quickly and fixed the bumper. But there's no indication of that on the box.  With a "red car" kit, the only way to know for sure it has the right bumper is to open the box. The later reissue with a blue-and-white hardtop on the box always had the correct front bumper.

The hardtop and convertible kits had some differences.  The hardtop engine has Tri-Power and the W-30 ram-air setup. The convertible has a single 4-barrel carb and a nice air-conditioning unit under the hood. These are worth picking up cheap just for parts.  In one of its big kit sales, Ollie's had a pile of the blue-and-white box hardtops on sale for $7.99.
