Helix Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 (edited) G' Day folks, Finally got this one done after work commitments seriously got in the way ! Revell kit, chrome was in bad shape so the bumpers, grill had to be re-done with Alclad, even the rims had the Alclad treatment (Thanks Cool Hand) Mr Colour Metallic Green, over a Silver base, clear coat and polished. Pegasus Chrome Ts, LS engine and 'tuner' bucket seats used to update this Camaro. Cheers Ray. Edited December 22, 2013 by Helix
PappyD340 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 FANTASTIC Ray, I have 5 of those in the stash to do someday???
Nacho Z Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 I think the photography makes an already great looking model even better! Nice job on both.
Jantrix Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 VERY NICE! Great paint, perfect stance, clean work. Can't ask for more than that.
jrherald420 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 Very nice job. One thing, thats not an LS engine, its a LT5. The LT5 was the powerhouse found in the early to mid 90's Corvette ZR-1.
BigBad Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 Very nice job. One thing, thats not an LS engine, its a LT5. The LT5 was the powerhouse found in the early to mid 90's Corvette ZR-1. Exactly! And it makes your Camaro only more exotic this way!
A.R.C. Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 Very cool Helix. One of the nicer Camaro`s Ive seen. The stance in perfect.
om617 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 Sweet Camaro, love the meaty brakes and stance.
Helix Posted December 23, 2013 Author Posted December 23, 2013 Thanks for the comments guys, much appreciated !
cartpix Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 Awesome build. The Alclad work is fantastic.
Speedfreak Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 The wheels and paint alone make this outstanding! Alclad is amazing!
brandolsx Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 Great Build. I do have to agree with jrherald420 though. This is the LT5 engine out of the C4 ZR-1's. A very unique/rare engine but in no way an LS engine. Keep up the good work! Very nice job. One thing, thats not an LS engine, its a LT5. The LT5 was the powerhouse found in the early to mid 90's Corvette ZR-1.
