Quick GMC Posted March 18, 2014 Author Posted March 18, 2014 Look at the trim line down the middle. Looks like they mated the top half of a van with the bottom half of a car. It's pretty rad looking.
Greg Myers Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 (edited) that's a 'henway'. From Norm "WOO WOO" Grabowski ( father of the Tee bucket) Edited March 18, 2014 by Greg Myers
highway Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 It looks like "Christine" after sitting on the couch watching Dr Phil eating too many bon bons!!
tbill Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 From Norm "WOO WOO" Grabowski ( father of the Tee bucket) lol, have never seen that before, thanks for posting that

Harry P. Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 If there ever was a good candidate for Auto ID... that would be it!
customsrus Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 It’s a custom bodied (duh!) bread van, built on an ex-Army Bedford truck chassis, using some vintage American car parts in the process. It is currently sitting in a garage somewhere just waiting for someone to restore it. LOL. Here is a picture of it in it current resting place.
Austin T Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 At least it's real. I thought that it was a photo shop creation. The thing looks awesome.
Belugawrx Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 VW van top.... Galaxie bottom sectioned ....no duh Might work
blunc Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Probably styled by the same guy who did this... are you picking on the "safety car" ?
David G. Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 What's a Henway? Oh, about six pounds. Yeah, it's an old joke. David G.
Jon Haigwood Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 I would call it a "Merculater" . The bottom looks like a 60's Merc, the top from a little later.
lordairgtar Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 What the heck is this thing? This is a vehicle that used to be a bus on the island of Malta. It was converted into a van by someone. Buses on Malta had this unusual look. http://www.philseed.com/images/malta-buses-pcard1.jpg
