Suburban_Hooligan Posted December 20, 2024 Posted December 20, 2024 (edited) there was an old sticker i used to see on VW busses, specifically split busses, "your Vanagon sucks. stop waving at me" iv got a feeling it'll make a comeback only it'll read "your Buzz sucks. stop waving at me" Edited December 20, 2024 by Suburban_Hooligan 1
Chinacar Posted December 20, 2024 Posted December 20, 2024 Saw a Human Horizons HIPHI today. Robotic looks with race car acceleration. Gets to 60mph in a shade over 2 sec. Not very common sight, especially considering the price. Cool car.

I didn't get any front photos, but it could grow on ya... IMO.. I saw a transporter truck leaving a local rail yard that had a few of those on it, first time I had seen any of them in person too. Usually I just see Teslas leaving that yard. 1

Around here you can often find household debris on the side of the highway around the first of the month when some people are moving. "We don't need no sticking tie downs". 1
rattle can man Posted December 24, 2024 Posted December 24, 2024 Yesterday: a Tesla in color changing paint purple to gold depending on the angle. didn't have time for a pic, I was late for my appointment. Today late '70s land yacht GM, possibly Pontiac. and of course, I forgot my phone.
espo Posted December 24, 2024 Posted December 24, 2024 Monday, I was running some errands and saw two different Tesla pickups. One was a natural finish, and the other was done in a flat black finish. My thought is if you're going to spend this much money for a vehicle that is becoming known to spontaneously combust and burn you house down shouldn't it at least look like someone put some effort and expense to give it a pleasant body design?
The Junkman Posted December 24, 2024 Posted December 24, 2024 A Cyber Truck in chartreuse-ugliness squared. No, no photo. Didn't want to sear the cellphone's electronics. 1
Brudda Posted December 30, 2024 Posted December 30, 2024 Well not really on the road yet. A front end hit on a c8. Putting her back together. I’m not a great c8 fan but it is a cool car. I’m still stuck on the front engine cars. One day I’ll pull my head out and accept these cars. Nothing wrong with them at all, but just stuck in old times I guess. 1
Perspect Scale Modelworks Posted December 31, 2024 Posted December 31, 2024 Saw this on the road in Southwest FL today 3
sfhess Posted January 1 Posted January 1 (edited) 64 Thunderbird hardtop and a 64 Comet convertible. Separate sightings, out in the brutal sunny 70-degree winter weather. Edited January 1 by sfhess

A modeler named mike Posted January 9 Posted January 9 (edited) While taking our granddaughter to her a friends house I spotted this plymouth but didn't get to snap a photo. On the way back I figured I had missed it but saw what appeared to be another gem in the rough that I photographed. Turns out it's the same car, I didn't recognize it without the front grill..
