Modlbldr
Saw this in a man's yard this morning and I stopped to take photos. 68 Olds Delta 98 Convertible. http://http://i486.photobucket.com/albums/rr225/Modlbldr/Car Shows/20160730_085426.jpg For some reason I can only get the link to post instead of the picture. 1930fordpickup
While coming home at midnight north of Detroit what I think was a 63 4 door Imperial . On the way to the show a 68 or a 69 Skylark Convertible. Both on 75 doing around 65 MPH.
Joe Handley
Saw a Stock, restored Model T pickup being driven by a man in his late 80's when heading back to the office from the field.
W-409
I saw these last weekend while we went racing to West Coast Street Cup race. I was number 1 Qualifier in ET Bracket, but unfortunately Eliminations were rained out...
GrumpyGrowly
I think its a Morgan Three-wheeler could be an ACE cycle car. what ever it is, it's cool. Just under the back plate it says "Baron" and just under the sideveiw mirror are 3 Manfred von Richthofen decals. Wheres Snoopy?
Rob Hall
Looks like a Morgan badge on the nose. I think that is one of the new ones.
Roger U
Two days ago I saw a Mercedes Benz 300 SL roadster. Looked to be in very good condition, probably restored.
ChrisBcritter
Went down to Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling to see this: ...then turned around and spotted this Mercedes. (Note my Buick photobombing in the background.)
Tom Geiger
Last Saturday a buddy and I went to the Buick Club of America's 50th Anniversary Convention. Since we weren't members we just attended the show. All cars were preregistered and parked in year order.

Tom Geiger
I've been passing this one on my way to and from work. Finally stopped to take a photo and take a close look. It's a 1965 Ford Fairlane 2 door sedan. Body appears solid under the flat black spray paint job. Inside there is a bench seat and a floor shifter. I didn't open the hood to find out the engine, nor was there a price on it. The original color was red, so this will paint up to be a cool old car. Tom Geiger
So Tom, What was the Asking Price or was it Call ?No price or number on it, just the beat up For Sale sign. It was outside a repair shop so I guess I would have to inquire. I actually didn't want to know the price, these cars have a way of following me home and I don't need another project

Rob Hall
Saw a really clean '78-79 Ford F-series shortbed flareside 2wd pickup, maroon w/ the rectangular headlights. I've seen this truck in traffic in the morning maybe 4-5 times over the last couple of months. And strangely enough, each time I've seen it the driver is going 10-15 mph slower than the posted limit. I passed him then got in front of him, and he came up behind me over a car length away at the light...must have bad brakes.
Tom Geiger
Today on my way home I came upon a red light and wound up right next to another red PT Cruiser convertible. The lady driver immediately noticed and waved! And here's something unusual to see in New Jersey the other evening.... Fiat 127 sitting on the back row of a used car lot in New Jersey of all places..... still wearing Euro plates, can anyone ID where it came from? Rear view. I know nothing about this car. I don't know how old it is. It was pretty clean overall. No visible rust. No tears in interior. Wallenius Wilhelmsen is a logistics company that seems to ship from and to anywhere. The code of DBRH is Bremerhaven, Germany and of course shipped to New York. And a sticker that tells that it was shipped commercially for resale. There has to be a story here.... mk11
This very nice black nova passed me the other day, something big rumbling through those dual pipes... ...and saw this one, right out of the '70s, at a recent airshow mike
mk11
...and this poor ol' Beaumont looks like it lost a rear wheel and ended up in the rhubarb... mike
lysleder
No pics, but last night I saw a late model Mustang with a lit Dominos Pizza sign on the roof. I guess they want to make sure the pizza gets there before it gets cold..

Which sounds like there's a REALLY good story here. The 127 (along with many other FIATs) was also license-built in Egypt by the state-owned Nasr car company. Egyptians love those cars, whether real FIATs or copies. One of my Egyptian friends had a nearly new Skoda, but his wife mostly drove that car. He drove his red Fiat 128, which was his first car when he was in college, I think. He lived in Alexandria, so it was pretty rusty and beat-up. But he wouldn't have sold that car for any amount of money. Edited August 18, 2016 by Mike999 error
