unclescott58 Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 Very kool! You posted this about a month ago? I don't know how I missed it. Scott
mrknowetall Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 Warped! And I mean that in the best way!VERY COOL!
John Goschke Posted October 15, 2014 Posted October 15, 2014 Pretty cool idea! Love the little touches like the '60 Plymouth steering wheel and the nicely detailed 45rpm record player (Wish I had $10 for every one of those I've pried out of the interior of a rare restorable Johan model!) Great paint too. What pearl did you use on the Ala Kart section?
Greg Pugh Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 This is really cool! I dig it! You did an amazing job!
mr moto Posted October 17, 2014 Author Posted October 17, 2014 Pretty cool idea! Love the little touches like the '60 Plymouth steering wheel and the nicely detailed 45rpm record player (Wish I had $10 for every one of those I've pried out of the interior of a rare restorable Johan model!) Great paint too. What pearl did you use on the Ala Kart section? I know about prying those record players out of old Johans. This is my revenge! The white pearl is Duplicolor Ivory Glacier Pearl decanted from a touch-up bottle. The black is a pearl Duplicolor but from a spray can. I forget the exact name - maybe it's just called Black Pearl.
Dare1 Posted October 17, 2014 Posted October 17, 2014 Sick. Very '60s kustom. I love the seat inserts, too.
robertw Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 WOW !!! How did you do the checkerboard pattern on the seats.........and more important, where can you find 45's for the record player? LOL rob
mr moto Posted October 30, 2014 Author Posted October 30, 2014 WOW !!! How did you do the checkerboard pattern on the seats.........and more important, where can you find 45's for the record player? LOL rob The "uphostelry" is homemade decals. The pattern is courtesy of a Google Images search but the 45's are a lot harder to get!
jbwelda Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 that has to be the koolest thing I have seen all month. great visualization; makes everyone wonder why they hadn't done that before! Luiz Chevelle Posted August 22, 2021 Posted August 22, 2021 Great build! Looks wild and cool. I'm Luiz, from Brazil. You made a 1962 Jo-Han Plymouth Fury correct resin interior for me.
Zippi Posted August 22, 2021 Posted August 22, 2021 That's one fine lookin Hot Rod. Slick looking black.
Luiz Chevelle Posted August 22, 2021 Posted August 22, 2021 Wild and cool! Very nice build. I'm Luiz from Brazil. You made me a correct interior for a Jo-Han '62 Plymouth Fury.
alan barton Posted August 22, 2021 Posted August 22, 2021 This is why I love zombie threads! Somehow I missed this one 7 years ago and now I can enjoy the spectacular model that it is. As I am on a bit of an early sixties show car kick at the moment the timing couldn't be better. If you still check in here, Manuel, I love it! Cheers Alan
mr moto Posted August 23, 2021 Author Posted August 23, 2021 Thank you everybody. I'm still here and still building. Haven't made any real customs in a while but that may be changing soon! I remember you , Luiz. I hope you built something really nice with that '62 Plymouth!

I intend to build the '62 Plymouth as an original car. It'll be possible thanks to the correct interior that you made.
carbuilder1950 Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 I love it when a plan comes together. Who would have thought an idea like this would come out so amazing. Love the Mopar Sonoramic long tube induction. Great touch, as are so many other of your idea's Builds like this don't come around that often. Thanks for sharing it ?
