  1. IF it's IS a DIRECT copy of the original MPC kit, YES, you can use the chassis from the AMT/ERTL 68/70 B-body chassis with no problem. You'll need to narrow the rear of the chassis, by the trunk edges a bit to fit the MPC body, but other than that, it drops in.
  2. I have two of these. One I extended by three scale feet, but never haveing seen the UNDERSIDE of one i haven't done too much more to it. It has a larger interior thanks to the stretch, and it sure makes a BIG difference compared to an unstretched one! These are NICE lookin models IF you can find 'em. I paid 50 bucks for each one, which I felt was a GREAT price for what i got! Thanks for the posts Tom. Did you make the masters For Jeff Ballards Econoline van? If so, you are a MASTER CRAFTSMAN, as it is as beautiful as your motorhome!!!!!

  6. Den's right. I have both 68 and 69 JoHan 442's and the pleats on the seat bottoms and backs extend to the sides on the 69 but NOT as far on the 68 seats. Little thing, but you COULD fake it inna pinch, they're THAT close.

  10. That lil trailer is da mook! I love getting stuff from modelhaus. Like Jim says, I LIKE SHINEY!!!!!
  11. That's exactly what mine looks like, EXCEPT its a 65. Same parts count and everything!
  12. Modelhaus comes with a hood, grilles both front and rear bumpers, plated, and the proper separate red tailight lens's. Just fill in the openings on the trunk and quarters, and your good to go. It's a VERY easy conversion.
  13. R&R used to do a 65, curbside. You might wanna check with Steve Kohler over at Star Models.
  14. Gotta second that! GREAT quality, the carbs are pre drilled for fuel lines! Plus Steve's an all around GREAT guy!
  15. Ben, if you trim the decals right, you can use the ones from the 24th scale AAR kit. The are very nicely done, and some quick measureing should gettcha pretty close.I'm not sure, but you MIGHT check out Keith Marks to see if he carries a set.
