  2. Wow, 62. I was 9 I think I was in like what 3rd grade or so. My big brother had a 56 Ford Crown Vic with a 312 T bird engine with a 3sp. I can still remember see the street whizz by thru the hole in the floor for the shifter! GREAT lookin start, Junior!
  3. WAIT WAIT WAIT!!! Is it a RESIN BODY???? DO NOT Soak it in ANYTHING unless you find out WHAT that resin will react too! You MIGHT end up with a lump of mush if it attacks the resin!!!!!!
  4. Get some Lestoil. It's cheaper and safer and it WORKS! Plus it DOESN'T hurt your skin at all! PP is some nasty stuff on bare skin!!!!
  5. Mike, I don't know if you found this yet, but putting wider tires that will fit INSIDE the wheelells, they'll tend to hit the interior cavity near where the rear seat would attach. I found that grinding this section down with a rotary head cutter will gain you enough clearance to fit a bigger sized tire in the wheelwell. It's in the front area near the lower part of where the rear seat would mount.
  6. I used the chassis from the Duster on a 69 Barracuda an it fit GREAT! it is a WHOLE different world in the difference it makes from the stock molded in everything chassis. Are you guys sayin that the old MPC 67/69 Barracuda kits are NOT 1/25th scale? This is the FIRST i've ever heard of it.
  7. Chris, Check Kenny overt Bandit Resins, he has a 64 Hdtp popped from the original AMT kit, and it's COMPLETE except for tires an axles and engine. It's a VERY NICE casting and looks GREAT !!!

  13. Nope, guys, your wrong. The PRETTIEST was the 1969 Dodge Charger R/T in Black on black, on black. With the 440,4spd,an Dana rear. I got pics of mine, only I don't know how ta post a pic of a pic. But to each his own, and the 69 is MINE! Do like this style of 71/72 Roadrunner/GTX though.
