  2. Beautifully done Peter. It looks just like the box cover! VERY nice job. I have lived in Deeeetroy all my life (60 yrs now) and I NEVER saw a Caddy Fire Emergency Ambulance! But I guess that was Jo Han's salute to the DFD and their hero's!
  3. Kev's right on THAT one guys! I have this GTX and I can HIGHLY recommend it! It just FALLS onto the AMT/ERTL 68/70 B-body chassis after some very LIGHT trimming of the rear trunk floor area.
  4. Add my vote too! VERY nicely cast products. Their 67 Skylark is tha mook!!!!So it their 66 Dart!

    Opel!

Always thought they looked like a full sized vette wat got washed in hot water an shrunk! Very nice job Marcos. Funny how so few parts can make such a nice car!
  6. WOW! That rascal is flat out beautiful in that body!!!! They're beautiful as it is, but with that body, WOW! Beautiful job!
  7. Well, to ME, when addressing the subject of notchback and coupe, there was no difference. The three styles were notchback coupe, fastback coupe and convertible. they stayed that way till the mid 70's when the Mustang II came out with the hatchback fastback coupe thingie. at least that's how I see it, but hey, I'm just me.
  8. It'sa completely different style. The 64/66 were a tad smaller, bodywise. More squared off vertical sides. For 68 they got a little bigger and wider. The sides now had that nice little rounded buldge that allowed the quarter scoop to be much more prominent. The grilles are larger on the 67/8, and the rear taillight valance panel is angled deeply inward and out again, the 64/66 's is perfectly flat. There are subtle differences but they ARE TWO completely different styles. Inner panels and chassis MAY interchange, but they are two different styles.
  9. No doubt! They look GREAT! Hopefully the kits are still available! i'd like one a these lil rascals!
  10. All vehicles get a elpo dip, which seals the metal, then they are dipped into an electro static bath that fuses the paint to the metal. There are NO bare metal surfaces FROM the FACTORY. Replacement parts are only shot with a temporary moistureproof type of coating. They WILL rust if not primed.
  11. WHERE did you get it??? Can you give us a bit more info, PLEASE ?????
  12. Sam, it was wierdly unique!
  13. Rambler American wheelcovers. AND you did a BEAUTIFUL job on this! I have a 4dr awaiting restoration. I should only HOPE it comes out as clean and nice as yours! GREAT job!
  14. That's the FIRST thing I thought of. Hey, if it doesn't fit REAL tight, it's only plastic, MAKE it fit. We're modelers!
  15. GREAT way to save the build! It came out GREAT!
  16. That particular "Classics Series " still is! Beautiful build of a beautiful automobile!

  19. THANKS, Matt! I hadn't heard from him so I was wondering. Hope he's OK! Thanks again!
  20. Sent some money for a purchase of his C-65oo resin cab he was offering, and I haven't seen him here since. He's not replying to PM's does anybody know if he's OK?
  21. Awwww, it's cute.
  22. Rich, NO parts are interchangeable between the two makes. Ford Of Australia had it's OWN designers and their cars are VERY different from ours. The Drive trains are compatable, as is some of the running gear, but for styles, the guys in Oz got their own unique cars!
  23. Hey, when did I get De moted?????
