James2 Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 You may remember the yellow Elco I did some time ago. Unfortunately that car was nearly destroyed in an accident. Not wanting to spend the time and effort to repair that model I purchased another restorable car from ebay. After combining the chassis and wheels from the yellow car with the now reworked interior and body from the new kit, this is what I came up with. Smoothed and de-chromed, split bumpers, custom grill, some 70 Camaro tail lights and a re-worked interior. It's Tamyia paint and Molotow chrome with the trim done with BMF. First paint job with the new airbrush. Overall I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out, and as always thanks for looking...
Slimguy Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 That is Beautiful...any pictures of the interior?
espo Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 I like how you did the paint treatment. All of the other body and trim modifications work well together.

BeakDoc Posted March 31, 2019 Posted March 31, 2019 I never thought I’d say anything nice about an El Camino, but yours is a drop-dead stunner. The stance, the wheels, the tricked-out exhaust, the paint...... Just, Wow! Beautiful!
