This began with a fiberglass cab from an unknown caster. It sits on the 4300 chassis from the latest issue. This one is curbside but it is powered by a IH Red Diamond 450 gas engine. Thanks to Charles Rowley for the IH R-190 emblem decals.

Looks great. I like that C&NW yellow.  I think I like that better than UP yellow, but that would have worked too. I like that single horn in the center. Looks right at home in those outdoor shots.

Great build!   Excellent representation of what an old school IH should look like. Especially like the wheel and tire choice, air horn location and gas powerplant!

Thanks Vince! I’m going to try the Union Pacific yellow on my next build a T800 dump.

Yet another stunning and compelling build to be mistaken for the real thing!  A great advertisement for an unknown caster!  Well done again Brian!!!

Thanks so much for the kind words but my building pales in comparison to yours.

Thanks JT!! I really had an orange project planned for my next build, but I got distracted by the yellow.?

Now that is GREAT!!!!  Always enjoy seeing your builds, and the "variety" of subject matter you come up with.  ??

Thanks DJ! I’m kind of odd in that I like odd stuff.?

Looks great, sadly reminds me I'm old as I remember those on the road.....

Thanks Warren! I really don’t remember these, but I remember seeing B-Model Macks on the road.

Thanks! Even though it was curbside I was back and forth between the Cummins and the gas engine, but finally settled on the gas.

Excellent model and really nice pictures.

When I see such a non common model, I dream I can build one like this.

Thanks!! If I can build it I’m sure that you can too! Model builders from this very forum are what inspire me.

I love the look of this this truck, very muscular! You did a great job on it, one of the plain Jane workaday trucks that men spent their working lives in but never got any recognition. Just excellent!
