1966 Nova SS

This is a replica of my mechanic’s SS. I’ve never seen it as it’s been in the garage covered with blankets for the past 15 plus years. Maybe getting this will peak his interest in getting his back out and on the road. He couldn’t find reproduction chrome rockers at the time so his is all black. A gift to them.

Super cool looking David, especially being black👍

Thank you Mike. That baby was in the purple pond 5 times. LOL. Funny thing. I got it all together and went to put the hood on and the carb and air cleaner was too high. So I had to remove the carburetor so it would fit.

Five times huh!!  You have way more persistance than me.  I very recently did my first dunking and it was no fun for me.

My 64 Comet was right next to the Nova in the purple pond. Lol. The Comet might be in it again.

Nice looking Nova.  That black turned out great looking Dave.  Yeah....I've been there, done that, and still doing it with the purple pond.  Hey....it's all the fun that keeps up building right ☺
