Great engine bays! Here's a couple of mine: A fuelly 283 in a Revell 59 Impala; A 394 Rocket in a Modelhaus 59 Oldsmobile; a 400 in an AMT 69 442 and the 413 Max Wedge in the Johan 62 Dart I recently posted  Under Glass

It's almost enough to want to sell my stuff.

 

 

 

Not sure what that is doing there, but I can't remove it. Ah well......technology.

Ford flathead with Frenzel style 30's era supercharger created from part out of my parts box. Scratchbuilt generator/pulley mount. Dual distributor/coil/plug head ignition setup.

440 Magnum in a AMT 71 Charger.  Added spark wires, vacuum, fuel, brake lines, battery cables with scratch-built terminals, PCV line, breather hose.  Replaced air conditioning lines.  Scratch-built washer bottle and line.  Yeah, the wiper motor is missing, I lost it and still need to rob one from the parts box and install.

Hi,

I'm really happy with these although flawed by the very high standards here.  The one by itself with the turbo is for an in progress prototype Chaparral 2D Spyder.

The Porsche engine is very special to me as it was part of my very first build.

Built in 1974, my 1/25  scale blown, fuel injected, nitro, Ed Pink Hemi. This is the bullet from my kit bashed 1971 Camaro F/C.
