This is such a minor point, but I'd really like a "wow" emoji. I've been wishing for one since emojis were introduced to this forum. Thumbs up vs. heart, whatever, neither have the extra punch I'd like available. Typing "wow" or "amazing" to the thread that has two pages of "wows" for obviously impressive builds gets tedious to pool through when we can just hover over the icon to see who's with you. Meaningful comments will still be there.

Spot flaws may be undesirable, but they're not deal breakers. I love the look of your car. I'm a sucker for deep dish steelies anyway and that hint of classic nascar really makes this car look tough.

Wow, what a dazzling purple. Is that a nail polish color? I don't think I've seen it before, at least not done with such radiance.

It makes me wonder if the guy in the video is doing it right. The headlight in my PT Cruiser is changed by popping open a door in the fender well. I was charged an hour labor once by a mechanic who tore half the front end apart to get at the bulb.

All your choices and contributions to the kit are quite exciting, color, wheels, custom details, etc. Beautiful.

If you're still on this project, or are bogged down by scratch building a '77 front end, it shouldn't be too difficult if you use photo etch railing from railroad or ship for the grill. Shop carefully or seek advice from railroaders about what size you need. I was able to shop a perfectly scaled grill PE from a well stocked hobby shop where I could visualize the size/shape I needed for a project.
