  1. I know it will meet my expectations. But then again, I have very low expectations! ? Of course I'm kidding. Everything you written in the past, books or magazine articles, that I've seen has always been best. And I'm sure this will be too.
  2. Cool! A neat concept. And neat execution.
  3. Nice job on building it.
  4. Very nice.
  5. By the way, what is the history on this kit? When was the last time it was put out by Revell?
  6. Again, the cabriolet/coupe would interest me more.
  7. I have no interest in this one. Even the old box art would not drag me in on this one. But then again. I buy just about any reissue with original box from the 50's and 60's. And, I even purchased and built Lindberg's '32 Ford Hot Rod. So who knows? Slowly I might be talked into it.
  8. I don't know about this one. I like coupes much better sedans/coaches. But, with the original box art, I might feel a need to add one to my collection.
  9. I'm with Snake on this one. I already have the T touring by itself. And I've never been all that interested in the XR-6. But, if it was reissued I'd probably buy one. Just because I love those old AMT reissues.
  10. Mr. Boyd I did just that. I cancelled my order with Amazon. And ordered one directly from Car Tech Books. Hopefully I'll get it quicker that way. After all, they are not all that far from me. Just knowing this book was written by you. I know it will be a good one. I'm really looking forward to see it!
  11. Fun video. I've never understood these cars. Especially the ones with the wheels and tires angled out at the bottom. What's with this? Not do I dislike the look. But, I question what it does to tire and suspension wear, and handling? It doesn't make sense to me.
  12. Darn! It's presently sold out on Amazon. And there is nothing about it on eBay. The good news, even though it's sold out, Amazon will let you preorder it for later delivery. Boyd's stuff is the best. I'm looking forward to this.
  13. Finally after 3-1/2 years of waiting, I've gotten around to ordering the Blue Bandito off of eBay. I figured now was the time, with things being up in the air with the statis of Revell/Monogram. Looking forward to adding this one to my collection.
  14. It's a nice little drag racing model car web site. Not model car history a general. I was a little disappointed.
  15. Sorry to say. But spats are not the same as high button shoes. Two trends I will not be joining, if they ever do make a come back. ?
  16. Nothing I'm interested in in this month's video. Still waiting for the old 1/32 scale Corvette Stingray.
  17. Very cool. One has got to love a Beaumont.
  18. I can't agree more. It's fun building models like this, from the time period they where tooled up. Sometimes a simple kit like this is a nice break from the more accurate, and more detailed kits of today.
  19. I still love the old Aerotrain. Someone made a set for N gauge. Too bad it was/is a little too pricey for my budget.
  20. Just wondering Snake. Have you picked one up yet? I'm presently working on AMT's '32 roadster. I'm building that one as a stock Model B roadster. As nice as the Revell '32 Fords are, I still enjoy these older, simpler kits. Again, the Lindberg '32 above was a lot of fun to build. And I like the way it turned out in the end. A fun kit. I'm look forward to seeing what you will do with one Snake.
  21. Beautiful Ford. I still love the looks of the '59 Ford.
  22. A very cool bug!
  23. I too am a fan of the 56's. I like the 55's and 7's too. Just not as much as the '6.
