Finally you show us this great model in the "Under Glass" section, Gary - I have been following your WIP all the time. Your modifications have paid off - this looks much better than the version usually molded in the kits of the day. Another beautiful gem in your ever growing Le Mans collection - even if it did not take part in the race.

another one from the 80's...

I just happened to find my '64 GTO again (had been stored away for decades, was built in the 80's) - here are some pics shot half an hour ago. This is my favorite Pontiac GTO . First release - molded in red - was just clear-covered, Humbrol silver paint for the trim. Maybe I will re-do it someday, because I have a MGC (?) photoetch detail set for that one.

Very well built and photographed (as usual), Mario - you even gave it a personal touch in painting the black plastic fender flares body color.

Excellent build of this classic Ferrari, Jason - I followed your WIP - outstanding result (also the Spider NART) !

You did a very nice job with this classic BMW. I have mine not built yet but I too had the impression that Hasegawa overdid it with thes ultra-thin trim parts.

Very nice Lamborghini, Peter - great paint job! (The only thing that catches my eye is the license plate: this kind of plate was used in Italy from 1976 to 1985 - with a modern plate that would be perfect)

Wonderful result, Scott - I came across this just a few minutes ago - how could I miss it? (I should browse the bike part of the forum more often..) Knocking built models off the table happens every now and then, it can't be avoided always - but you managed to repair the bike again.
