    I used the same technique on the "DATSUN" lettering carefully sanded away the paint exposing the white plastic.

    These are the same wheel/tire combination that comes in Fujimi's Ferrari Daytona kits - they are very nice.

    Thnaks David. Yes let's get back to building models - we were getting a bit sidetracked. I really like the Campagnolo wheels but the five lugs just aren't right and I can't get past it - sooo modified/detailed the kit wheels and replaced the tires with Pirelli Cinturato.

    Thanks Dann. The kit has been recently re-issued under the Italeri label so not nearly as expensive or difficult to find as they used to be. Been re-issued by Revell in the past as well as the original release by Esci.

    The issued occurs over two completely separate networks. My home PC and router and my work PC and network. It almost seems like my account is being monitored or throttled for some reason.

    I use Google Chrome in Incognito Mode. Switching back to standard mode offered no improvement. Not running an Ad Blocker.

    If I don't login and visit as a guest I zip along like normal. When I login under my account everything bogs down.

    I've been having issues since the last forum update with the pages loading very slow. The issues occurs on both my home and work PCs. Anyone else having issues?

    Thanks for checking in Gary. First time I have built two version of the same kit at the same time myself. I have built several variations of the AMT Cobra but not at the same time.
