  1. Maybe they're trying to find the right balance to be able to still release model kits of modern subjects, dunno, but when looking at the posts made here of the Bronco they seem more confident on the return on investment on that one....
  2. A new Range Rover would be nice...
  3. I seem to recall such a truck was used in the series Blue Thunder.....but I could be mistaken...
  4. That 4dr Chevy beater looks very realistic, so does the 'vette and you did a fine job on that Goat, which Mpc and later RC2 and Round-2, milked for far too long, an all new kit of the '68-'72 era is badly needed and hopefully wanted too.
  5. Very interesting....but do they have a vehicle in their catalog, to tow it?
  6. Is it a rumor, cuz the info was passed along by a respectable mail order biz, via their newsletter, which also mentioned that Revell was fixing it. But if anyone here has a direct line with the powers at Revell, please do contact them......to confirm, deny, or for a "no comment".
  7. besides subject matter, the kit design makes it fun, lotsa parts, ways to built it to your taste, unlike some one way kits which do nothing with the creative mind (unless you start to kit bash) a setting a modeler has by default.
  8. Toylike, hmm......think most toys today are much more sofisticated then this.
  9. No, Wim Verlinden lives in the US, the whole family migrated to the USA in the late 90s IIRC.
  10. Then you sold stuff I produced, since I worked there for a few years, 'till I got in trouble with his son, Wim (he's some character). Francois (or Swa as we used to call him) was a great guy and a fantastic painter and diorama setting expert, for building and lots of scratch building, he had a great team of friends (like my dad Eddy) of which some gave up their day job to start work for him.....but there's his son again, and a lot of those friendships went sour, even with his American partner Bob Letterman (of the former VLS Corp, later sold to squadron)
  11. Indeed Tom, that is problem solving, trying to find the root cause, through tracking... About injection molding cycle time, is it something that is adjustable by the operator, or is it a fixed setting by a molding expert or the company who contracted them with the work...
  12. The day that those elected by the people, for the people, will start working for the people, trying to build and organize a better America, an America which works for everyone who's paying taxes, and not only for the ones, who actually try everything to avoid paying them, will be a day to remember. Now those in power are only ego tripping and riding the money train, the founding fathers are spinning in their grave... just my 2 cents
  13. he should've made sure you had a prescription ready if needed, or is he a newbie?
  14. Wasn't this talked through when your doctor explained the procedure?
  15. You will fight it, cancer is like a punk, once looking into a barrel of a 44 magnum, they're history!
  16. 100%, I don't see them tool up all new body sides, would be a waste of money.
  17. Indeed, since they restyled the back for new safety regulations.
  18. The '73 model was more or less available that way..
  19. Did my part, they posted it and now you have to vote.... Look here!
  20. what's the story on those 1956 Michigan plates, were they on the original car too?
  21. ...just an idea.....when you have everything designed, try to sell this to one of the model companies, or if they don't bite a diecast company.
  22. Good job. About the '64 version, if you look and wait long enough, I'm sure a '64 will pop up on ebay, but since they're from 1964, I'll. bet they will be a bit pricey, but sometimes a nice built one, can be bought for less.
