  16. Gottcha, I agree, and thank you .. the more info the better, I wish I could find a pic of the tank from the other side, ...even the blueprint is from the wrong side, but the flat panel has a cutout top right corner. Please keep posting pics and tips, because I am learning a bunch as I go along And that goes for all of ya,.... this site is only as good as the information it shares Cheers
  17. I wasn't talking about position of the tank either,... I'm saying if the filler tube is any longer it will keep the hood open.... It is angled towards the front enough, for me,...Once I add more lines and wires it will be barely visible. Thanks
  18. Yes, I've seen that oil tank (Google is your friend), it is not in the engine compartment,..it's for testing only...on a rolling rack. Mine is at maximum height, just before it keeps the hood open... Thanks
  19. Man that 64 de Ville is the BOMB
  20. Started on some engine bay detailing,... Scratched a Dry sump oil container In place Brake fluid reservoir close... And a start on the Interior,...Bmf'd and ( Tamiya flat black(2 drops), and Tamiya Clear Flat 10 drops)wash on the right ( dry now) Will be moving on to front suspension,.those huge slabs of plastic tie rod ends had to go and a very timid attempt at opening and closing, some holes in the body loose lug on the right rear, looks like.... I thought of opening the rear or the doors, but your right, these Fujimi kits are ultra fragile
  21. Hey Joe, the paint looks Great !
  22. So,...the back of the rears 'could' be ground off, to sneak them under the stock fenders,...?
