  1. Wish i had thought of that before i did a back half on mine. I just checked mine, and it does fit perfect.
  2. Yep. Pro-Touring looks better.
  3. Cool Kubel!! I bet the Germans would have liked to have had power like that in their Kubels when they were being strafed by Spitfires and P-51's.
  4. Just finished up a great trade with BIG TRUCK aka Ken Krawiec. Fantastic as usual !!!!
  5. I know what you mean. Some of mine come out looking like I sprayed them with a Windex bottle.
  6. Turned out GREAT!! one of my favorite Mopars
  7. ....... Love that car.
  8. So true!! Darn good thing too. I've made my share of goof ups on clear parts, and Future is VERY forgiving.
  9. I generally just use a small brush and lay down a bead of Future around the inside of the window opening and carefully place the glass in place. Time and careful handling are the key. The stuff dries pretty quickly, so you won't have to "baby sit" it for too long.
  10. Yep!! I use it almost exclusively.
  11. Same here. I botched up the body on my Hornet kit. I sent an email, sent the funds for the replacement body, and had it in a week. My own fault, but they couldn't have been nicer finding me a new body. Thanks Dave.
  12. X2. Those colors match that era of vehicle perfectly. You nailed it!!
  13. I've gotten some pretty good deals with those codes. I'm constantly buying paint and other supplies, and those codes save me some serious $$$.
  14. X2!! Love that color. My 1:1 Chevy II had that color of paint before i replaced both rear quarters and rear valance panel. Looking good Dave!!
  15. Cool!!! I'm lovin that low custom cruiser look. More please!!
  16. According to a recent post, his new screen name is fogcutter, and he's going after disabled modeler again...
  17. Same here JC!!
  18. Just finished another great trade with Gardnerpag44, aka Paul Gardner. Perfect yet again sir!!! Thank you much!!! Happy to trade with you any time.
  19. Just finished up my first trade with Allen Wrench, aka Allen Johnson. Great trader!! Would be happy to trade with again any time!!! Thanks Allen.
  20. Ain't that the truth!! LOL I build both auto and military kits. I see afew in that pile I'd like to have, but he's probably standing on the one I want, or its in the middle/ bottom of that stack.
  21. Yep. I just re-read that article this morning. There was a guy that still had the original nose cone off the rail that crashed in '69 , killing John. They weren't running the front bodywork that day. Its the only reason that piece of bodywork survived. They used that cone to match the paint for the new body tins.
  22. Ahhh, The Beebe and Mulligan digger!!! One of my ALL TIME favorites. Beautiful build's John. Love F/E rails!! That particular one especially. The late Pat Foster did a reproduction of that rail for the "Cackle Fest" reunions. I think Pat built the original frame for the B&M rail back in the day, didn't he?
  23. Just finished up another great trade with gardnerpag44 aka Paul Gardner. Great guy to trade with!! Will trade with again any time. Thanks Paul!!
  24. Great news!!! Glad to hear the little one is on the mend. Still pulling for you and yours. If you and your family need anything, just drop us a line.
  25. I like that!!! I have one in '50's aqua, but i really like the red. Sweet build!!
