  1. Very cool start!! The stance is perfect Really like the fenders, looks like a custom chopper
  2. Glad to see this one again!! Love the color !!
  3. Very ambitious project !!That would be a nice kit to compliment the larger dump trucks kits available. Keep up the great work, looking forward to updates
  4. Terry, nice job so far!! This is shaping up to be a serious truck! The heavy duty look really sets it off, and the mixer fits perfectly on the chassis
  5. A couple light coats w cheap hairspray will work too. Spray your basecoat, after it dries, spray your hairspray, then apply the topcoat. Using an old stiff brush and warm water..rub the areas you want chipped.the water dissolves the hairspray leaving the base coat behind.probably the biggest tip here is don't leave the topcoat for several days before starting to chip...soon after applications works best. Just another option! Jeff
  6. Massive score! Funny you mentioned the Challenge mixer..some one was selling the empty box for an insane price recently at a local show
  7. Very cool!! We have center point steering , and twin steer autocar mixers bring built...what's next?? It's a great hobby The work so far looks very good, can't wait to see what's next
  8. Must be close, I also asked at the local store and the guy stocking shelves knew of it . Wasn't sure of an arrival date, but said keep checking each week. He did mention several inquiry about this kit and a few others so it sounds very popular!
  9. Very convincing!! Love the torn up seat w the foam and springs poking thru
  10. Awesome work! Hopefully you'll have this at a local show this fall
  11. Dan , awesome work on this husky! Everything about it is perfect definitely worth all the work you put into it! Can't wait to see the outdoor pics of it
  12. Very nice work Especially like the Payhauler, I've seen em dirty and clean..really like how your looks.I just added one of these to the stash, hope it turns out half as good!
  13. Looking good! Certainly getting good use out of your new booth!
  14. Very nice Prostar, you definitely nailed the look of the 1:1!!
  15. Man Dan, this Husky looks fantastic! You can almost hear it running. I recently took a walk thru the Brockway museum in Cortland, really makes your build stand out seeing the history of these trucks
  16. Looks great tom !!! Truck looks ready for serious hauling duties now, stripped of all the shiny bling !! The tire wheel swap really compliment this truck too Question, are those marker lights on the hood corners in front of the wheel arches?
  17. Very nice!! The paint scheme looks very good and the trailer certainly ties everything together . The photo could easily be mistaken for the real deal
  18. GreatJob! Love the fans, a much needed detail that's been missing on these builds. It also looks like you've added valve stems to the rims..nice
  19. Thanks Terry! This is gonna make a Great addition to your fleet. The wrecker I was thinking of has Pendalls body works on the side, and is green /beige. The other mammoth truck I'd like to build is the American Towing one, where the wrecker section is much heavier duty. Keep up the awesome work and thanks again
  20. How much did you stretch your frame rails? After our new born daughter arrived my bench has been off limits, but now a month ...already yikes...I'm starting to make time . Thanks for any tips
  21. Terry great timing on you twin steer autocar, I've been collecting the parts for just a project, except it'll be the twin boom Holmes 750 wrecker!! I was planning using a pair of autocar front axles, and the heavier mack rears. Guess we can never have enough wheels !! Old Albion built one as a dump truck a few years ago..which helped inspire mine
  22. Great work thus far! Patiently waiting further uodates
  23. Amazing work going on here! Looks outstanding
  24. Very nice build, you've hit a homerun for sure! Like the scroll work and pinstripes
