    Spraying hot paints over the rivets ? Hmm unsure, I used tamiya fine white or gray over mine then their same paint . You'll definitely want something of a topcoat thats not terribly thick to avoid covering them up..hence your lacquer plans

    Tough looking little rig ! Good work getting the sleeper cut down, all those rivets and uneven seams really make these swaps alot more work. Good thing archer sells the rivets to replace them if you decide to go that route
