  1. Really nice work ! The Mach had quite the legacy , we bought a 2003 last spring
  2. Your finally adding a working truck to your fleet lol ! Looking forward to your build. Theres a lime green and white Husky tractor on display during the homecoming show, its a great combo. Wish I kept the picture of it displayed at the museum The wire mesh grill can be sourced from Wire form mesh available at hobby lobby. Its the same type Dave sold w his cabs.
  3. Much much better ! If you still wanted a driven front axle send Gary Wallace an email he can hook you up! He also sells transfer cases Gwtrucks@yahoo.com
  4. I added a montone dump box to the back of my diamond reo from the autocar. Ill post a couple photos once I find which tote its packed away in
  5. Everything looks good but one area imo. The tall wall on the wrecker bed doesn't flow for me w the cab. I'd probably remove some height out of it to just below the cabs body line , just to balance the overall look Love the heavy duty driveline though Looking forward to your build
  6. No side wing on this build only because it won't fit in my display Thanks ! Really enjoy making an autocar look unique. It needs a coat of sealer then the fun can begin
  7. My buddy Tim Sherman casts an IH Workstar cab , but its a day cab not the crew cab like your photo..I have one in the stash!
  8. Today I painted the entire set of chains and hung them. Giving them a rub of gunmetal powder after tamiya primer gave a nice flash rusted sheen to them. I still need to add side boards, plow chains and then weather it up
  9. Turned out fantastic Tom !
  10. Killer build , right on adding the lift axle. That trailer is coming along sweet!
  11. Nailing this build ! That steel hood mack looks perfect hauling the slump on its back Hth on the KW nubs too..wasnt sure what they were for
  12. Really sharp truck ! Is that nub on front fenders supposed to be a reflector ?
  13. Great work so far Air starter..first time I've heard of those, but seems their very popular. Watched a video of an enormous Mack with an air start..wow. learn something new every day lol
  14. Nice setup ! The log trailer is much improved over the peerless Suggestion for the wide wheels, could you use the wheel backs from a paystar instead of the auslow inner ones for more space ?
  15. Learned to drive in a 78 Olds cutlass supreme, took my road test driving moms 86 Buick Skylark cause I couldn't parallel park that enormous car lol
  16. Great looking start ! Theres so many of the expedite trucks coming and going from my workplace, this really fits Like the blending of the aero KW w the trailer.
  17. Looking forward to your build rugged looking truck
  18. Thanks , they take awhile to figure out bit definitely worth the effort when finished. Thanks ..soon I get to dirty it all up Lol with any luck they'll be digging out for awhile!
  19. Outstanding work! I can't imagine busting out 2 full builds at once ..I'm having a hard enough time doing one lol Keep up the progress
  20. Thanks Jim feels good to be working on larger parts awhile lol Thanks Brian this run took awhile getting the spacing right. My first try were too far apart, the next short mockup of 6 bars were too close ..finally they landed on baby bear
