Had a fun time with this one, I robbed the engine out of the current roadster kit and used the 32 grille on it. It’s painted in Phoenician yellow with a white/body color interior. Also used parts pack blue line slicks. Not perfect, but looks good on the shelf

Haha, I only mentioned it as you already had the chrome stripped, I really hope you post some pics with them in gloss black, even if you do decide to go chrome.

Wow! Very well done, love the headlight just hanging out, the chain, the mirror……, very convincing. Fantastic rust as well, for the longest time I wished I could lay down a smooth glossy paint job, now I wish I could do the weathered distressed look. Great looking build!

I really dig the flat black on that, but I can’t help but wonder how it would look with gloss black bumpers and grill??

Thank you, the interior color is tamiya TS-68 with a dullcoat over it.

Thank you for the kind words, it was an enjoyable build. Amazingly enough, I didn’t have to use decal solvent to get the hood decals to conform, they went on incredibly well.
