  5. Stray: LOLOLOL!!! Thank you sir! Tim, Carl and Troy: Thanks fellas!!
  6. Now that is huge!!! Darren: I've definitely never seen that kit before!!! Anthony: I saw a couple of those Goodyear blimps at the Houston model show for sale! Tommy: I've never even heard of that car..............let alone the model!
  7. I have faith in you that you'll pull through there Greg!
  8. What an outstanding turn out of a build Tim! You've got this whole paint finish thing down I'll tell you that!! It's "show time"!!!
  9. Thank you Greg, Dan and Jim! Today I had to work on something that would yield tangible results...............so I switched over to the rear tires. I painted the white lettering, lightly sanded the letter tops after the paint dried to level the paint out a bit, applied a coat of dull coat onto the tires and dry brushed some ground up black pastel across the sidewalls to give 'em that added "used" look.
  10. Wow!!! Talk about wild Dan!!!! Talk about wild!
  11. Well I've got the brake pedal and throttle return springs figured out now. Got these from inside a wristwatch band retaining pin:
  12. Good ol' Revell kit. I've got this one and I'm doing something fairly similar. I like the idea on the exhaust. What did you use for the exhaust tips/ extensions? Nice build BTW Ken!
  13. When it rains it pours...and I hear you loud and clear. I had the perfect (or at least what I thought was the perfect) clear finish on my Challenger until I saw a freekin' run on the R/H rear quarter and a speck of I don't know what right in the middle of the drivers door. Needless to say there was some more work to do but like I always say, "That's modeling." Hang in there Greg. You'll get it all sorted out.
  14. That gloss finish looks awesome! Great detail under the hood!!!!
  15. Looks good Cory!
  16. Looks great Ken. Great color scheme!
  17. That's some serious work back there at the differential Mike! Looks great!
  18. Lookin' good Cory!
  19. Toothpicks for painting fine details is a good thing. Use a fine brush for painting the round disk on the hood and toothpicks for the pins.
  20. Personal message sent..................
  21. Looks good from where I'm sittin' there Cory! A little trick I learned on chrome wheels just recently is to hit 'em with a coat of thinned out Acrylic Tamiya Smoke either brushed on or the aerosol can is available. I'll see if I can post a pic/ article about it.
  22. Looks like you're headed in a good direction there Justin.
