  1. Man there some old school kits here! Awesome!! I'm actually acquiring a lot of kits that I had when I was a teenager these days. I received the Monogram Paddy Wagon yesterday in the mail. I forgot how bad the engine was in this kit and have never cared for the wheels and how wide the front tires are. I've got a set of Pro Star wheels for it, and a set of skinnies for the front tires. I just need to come up with a better engine for it now. Aside from that, I've always like the idea of this kit.
  2. Welcome aboard Doug! I've been building WWII military aircraft for the last three years and recently got started with cars. Now I cannot stop building them!!
  3. Now THAT.........................is just sweet right there! Wow! Great build Rob!
  4. Man Greg. If this were mine I'd let the paint gas out for 7-10 days the next go round. You've come too far to turn back. Hang in there bud. We're all cheerin' for you!!
  5. What's the idea behind the "Smart kit" there Wayne? Looks like a killer kit I'll tell you that!
  6. Thanks fellas. Progress seems to be moving exceptionally slow these days. I've got a a lot of planning involved and the work is all getting carried out but nothing worthy of pictures...................yet.
  7. Welcome aboard Chris from about 120 miles south of you.
  8. Where tha hek does one display something like that? I think I saw a 1/200 scale Bismark last year from Trumpeter and wondered about that then.
  9. Now there's something you don't see every day! Looks great Ron! Nice build and tribute.
  10. 1/20 scale? That would be a big build!!
  11. The work on that motor looks good................and the photography equally as good!
  12. Good grief Randy! Is there no end? LOL! Looking very much forward to some more "over the top" model building. ( I am actually working on the truck but haven't had any photo worthy updates yet-still half in the engineering phase).
  13. LOL ! I'm going to Sugurland this weekend with my son for his hockey tournament so I'm trying to cram all I can in too!! lol

  15. That's a great color there Greg!! I hear you loud and clear on the acquisition of a paint booth. I too fight that same battle!
  16. Looking good Greg!!!! Keep the pics coming man!!!
  17. I like seeing different stuff like this as it breaks things up a little. Great model Steve!!
  18. Looks great Ray! Nice paint finish BTW.
  19. Well there's a reason it was so popular on FB. Great looking build Michel!
  20. Man that detail looks good Jim! Really nice work you have going on here. I'm nothing but all eyes on the removable air cleaner idea.
  21. Folks the motor is NOT done yet. I had to install it to figure out all the electrical ckt , fuel and brake line routing I've gotta do with this build. I've got it in there though!
  22. You're doin' great Dan! You'll get past all the "underground" work and come out smellin' like a rose with this one.
