  1. These are just cool kits!! Coming along nicely on this one and I like the paint scheme Tom.
  2. That.................is beautiful. Very well painted and detailed. Are those the OOB wheels on that thing? Those look GREAT!!
  3. I appreciate the vote of confidence Carl. Thanks bud.
  4. These cars are nothing short of awesome to begin with and this is a GREAT representation. Love the shine and the detailing.
  5. Good looking Dart. I'm definitely down with that color. Great choice!!
  6. What a cool collection Terry!! These all look great. That first one really caught my eye.
  7. Nifty lil' build Steve. I'm developing a liking to some of these early cars.
  8. Thanks Jim, John and Mario. John: Actually, the interior is rather well stocked in the detail department. The only things I didn't care for were seam filling the seat halves and the fact that the master window switch is on the passenger door. Weird. Mario: It's actually a good kit to build. The rear suspension will fight you some but the payoff is kind to the patient builder.
  9. Tidy looking build with a good O.E.M. shine on it. Nice work on the wheels too bud.
  10. Man, I don't even know where to start in a response to that build. I can tell ya this....it aint nuthin' but good stuff that I've gotta say about it. Original, cleanly built and truly awesome Claude.
  11. These look like some very cool kits to build and this one turned out to be one heckuva build. Color and shine look great as does the stance.
  12. Neat, clean and VERY tidy build. I really like how these build up and in the hands of a skilled modeler, like yourself, they come out superbly.
  13. Why not bud? Watch some videos, read on some of these forums and grab a spare kit to practic on and I'll be you can in fact do it. I think at times, we tend to cut ourselves and abilities short. When in doubt.....refer to the following diagram.
  14. That looks just great Jeff. Good color combo and love the stance/ overall look.
  15. Thank you all for the very generous comments. Gil: The suspension detail is second to none. The only real shortcoming is how high up this bad boy sits up front with no mods. Comparison shots: OOB Stance Modified stance:
  16. I'm trying to figure out why I have not commented on this beautiful replication. That is simply amazing work on a great subject Gil.
  17. I can't get over how good this looks. Such a fabulous looking build with that out of ordinary color and shine!! WOW!!!
  18. Now THIS.......is frickin' cool!!! As a kid I always liked the lines of this aircraft. Good work so far on this one Ray.
  19. WOW!!!! And I do mean me some WOW!!! Stellar build that is VERY nicely painted and weathered Ismael!!
  20. Just catching up on this beautiful build Ismael!! I'll be going to the Under Glass section to check it out alright but I really like what you have done with this bad boy. I use the marble/ warble pattern for basework for all my "worn" paint jobs on military aircraft and it works out great as shown in the final photos of your work on this. Beautiful work man.
  21. I like this look......ALOT!!! I'm definitely with Dave on it looking good without the patina!!
  22. Good stance and love the wheel / tire combo. Looks like the Revell kit. I built one of these and loved every minute of it.
  23. Thanks goes out to ALL of you who either dropped in on the build to look on or commented and encouraged me along the way. You guys are all awesome. This one is now in the "Under Glass" Section.
