  1. I love it! Is that chassis scratch built?
  2. I sanded off the drip rails as previously mentioned. Got it in Tamiya matte black now. I'll let it sit a few days then my friend is going to mask the whole car and cut out some sweet flames for me since I've been so busy. Then I'll spray some color on it... and see where it goes...
  3. I did a little bit more body filler work, and managed to get it in its first coat of primer last week. Been working a ton again so updates will be slow (as usual with my stuff) But here's a few tidbits to check out I think my roof turned out amazing. One spot on the passenger side I'd like to fix though. And I broke the A pillar when working on it once so I have to address that too. I dont know how you guys keep from accidentally smashing these things when doing bodywork! I had put some body filler on quarters behind the door but it fell off when I tried to sand it... guess it doesnt stick to zapagap real well. Hopefully it will now that it has primer. Also needs a little work on the fenders it looks like. But its better than it was!
  4. I considered taking pictures but I was too busy drooling over beautiful builds and blowing money.
  5. Speaking of Eleanor.... I have the 1/18 scale die cast Eleanor. I love it.
  6. Beautiful bodywork Bill. I need to get a can of that SEM high build myself. I keep torturing myself w/ the can of Duplicolor I cant seem to just toss out.
  7. My first show that I have been to. (Besides the one I went to like 20 years ago I can't remember) Had a good time. Thank you to C.A.R. for putting it on.
  8. Same here. Pretty much my update as well. Parts coming in... Working a lot... Thinking about changing directions on the cars. Not sure. On vacation next week so maybe I'll get something done...
  9. Love the bendy straw exhaust Idea!!! I'd cut maybe an 1/8" or just a touch more off of the tips though. Love it so far!
  10. I could live w/o a radio... if I had the nice sound of a V8... but just a little banger... dunno if I could deal with it.
