I've built a few of these Lemans Miniatures kits and just bought these two off Ebay. They have amazing detail for as little as they are.

I bought one too and will also need another interior tub and boot as I started my own 67 Mustang GT convertible conversion but could not come up with a good interior. Good thing he sells the parts separately upon request. -

Norm is always coming out with new stuff so his catalog is probably out of date by the time you get it. I'd suggest you call him - tell him what you're building and I'm sure he can tell you what he has. Check out this Fotki link from Craig Stansfield for some of his products. The posting looks to be about a year old.. http://public.fotki.com/crstan/replican-and-miniat/replicas-and-miniat/ -

I'd like to get a copy of that top. I bought some decals to do a Dragonsnake at the NJ NNL this year.

I'm pretty sure I poached the braces from another Mustang kit. The fender were resin cast but bought a few decades ago.

Great job on a classic kit.

Needs a HEMI ;-)

Great start. Are you doing the "regular" or KR version?

That's sweet. A guy in our club has a similar Cobra - aluminum polished to look like chrome.

Very nice. I dread the time it will take to build mine but it will look nice next to the 1/12 Mach1 I have not built either.

Hey JC - I've got a spare body if you want to modify it. I'm missing some pieces so a nice resin kit would be awesome.

What else to do with the Linberg 71 Mustang kit that is in a word inaccurate but to turn it into a customized Mad Max mobile. I thought of doing a right hand drive version but for simplicity sake I built it stock except for removing the trunk for the extra cargo. The only thing left to do is add some Zoomie pipes but I could keep adding other things once I dig through my parts boxes. Just for fun I added the license plate of that other famous 73 Mustang.

A few suggestions. Mask off the emblems or use Keith Marks decals. Buy the tail lights aftermarket and cut them out of the chrome panel. Buy aftermarket radiator, shock tower braces and inner fender panels. Sorry for the lousy picture but you get the idea. Even better, add plug wires, a coil and voltage regulator, etc.
