  1. MCW Spray or Airbrush bottle. 6431 Skylight Blue http://www.mcwautomotivefinishes.com/paint/ford.html
  2. Yes - that is the Type 65 Supercoupe.
  3. It would REALLY nice if they redid the whole chassis with inner fenders and an actual 351 Cleveland and 429CJ engine (not a 302 and 428). As they have not made any changes to these molds in decades, I'm not holding my breath. The Boss 351 kit was a joke - no 351 engine - just some decals.
  4. It still looks nice and has aged well. That grille is tripping up everyone though. ;-)
  5. I noticed looking back at my two builds of this kit that the chrome grille should actually only be chrome on the outer edge and the rest body color except of course for the grille itself. I build these two GT500's many years ago but recently went back to correct the oversight.
  6. Welcome and check out the Midnight Modelers down your way in Stafford. I'm at the Northernmost point of Virginia about ten miles west of DC. I try to go to the MAMA meetings every month in Greenbelt which is about 20 miles from me. Rex
  7. Great - my bank account is going to love that.
  8. I think these are diecast by cool nonetheless.
  9. Great job. Follow this thread. The resin kit combines parts from the 68 AMT and the 67 Ertl kits. It's too bad no one makes the ram air plenum under the hood for the GT500KR.
  10. Post some updates Cruz ;-) Mine is coming along and I'll get some pics up soon.
  11. I've built a few of these Lemans Miniatures kits and just bought these two off Ebay. They have amazing detail for as little as they are.
  12. I bought one too and will also need another interior tub and boot as I started my own 67 Mustang GT convertible conversion but could not come up with a good interior. Good thing he sells the parts separately upon request.
  13. Norm is always coming out with new stuff so his catalog is probably out of date by the time you get it. I'd suggest you call him - tell him what you're building and I'm sure he can tell you what he has. Check out this Fotki link from Craig Stansfield for some of his products. The posting looks to be about a year old.. http://public.fotki.com/crstan/replican-and-miniat/replicas-and-miniat/
  14. The Gunze kit is way over priced when you factor in the HRM kit to it.
  15. I'd love to build all six :-) but I have one unbuilt HRM and a built Sunze one I did many years.
  16. These six coupes have not been together in 50 years.
  17. I'd like to get a copy of that top. I bought some decals to do a Dragonsnake at the NJ NNL this year.
  18. I'm pretty sure I poached the braces from another Mustang kit. The fender were resin cast but bought a few decades ago.
  19. Nice build. I built one 20+ years ago.
  20. Long out of production Thunder Valley kit with HRM engine. The LMM kit has got to be better.
  21. Great job on a classic kit.
  22. Needs a HEMI ;-)
  23. Earnhardt in a 72 Mustang?
