It turns out that I have a 70 torino gt in my stash, and it says its a 427. I forgot I had that kit.

Is that the revell 69 Torino talladega, or the 70 torino cobra? Or the AMT 69 torino cobra?

This may be a topic for the car guys, but has there ever been an accurate 460 kitted? I know the AMT Ford F350s are supposed to have one, but its actually a 390. My searches of the forum havent turned up anything. I found a Thunderbird kit on ebay that says its a 460. Is that it?

Do any of you guys make decals and have the ability to print white and gold? Im looking to have some vintage decal sheets copied. Im also looking to have a few custom made.

Very cool project Brian. I love it! That is short for sure. I ran into the same firewall issue trying to put a 3406 in one of these kits. I dont know whats so different about the later issue 359 that comes with the cummins, because the radiator/hood/fireawall/cab fit seams to be the same, but obviously its not. Fine job on the headache rack. The suspension swap and engine weathering are excellent features also.Keep up the good work.

I finally got the chassis painted. I wet sanded the cab because it had some pretty bad orange peel. I also hit the resin tires with some scotchbrite to dull the shine.

I got some paint work done on the S2. Im going with the Movin On theme. I got some decals from trickmymixer. I also converted a DR to a Reo GH-733DF. I cut out the grill and added some .060 half round styrene. I also modified the DR emblems to resemble the Reo emblems.

I would heavily modify the Rex unit from the Paystar kit. Ive been seeing a lot of tandem dumpers running around town, so I could go that route also.

Its an awesome truck. To me its the best thing Volvo has built.

Thanks for all of the help guys. I checked out GWs cab and before I drop the cash, Im gonna give it a shot. I already have to scratchbuild the hood, so I might as well go for it. The good news is, the back wall of the sleeper is also the daycab back wall. the window cutout is already there also. That just leaves the roof.
