  13. i would try 1000 grit wet sand paper. should look like brushed aluminum.
  14. what he said. waiting for the proper decals for sebring car #6 427 cobra red white and blue stripes.
  15. JC, i have one. it's ok. i don't like the way the rear body panel and front lower section is seperate. i bought the LS brand just for the awesome set of aluminum rims and halibrand style wheel inserts. i have the rest of the kit minus wheels if you want to trade for something.
  16. i'm looking for a 1/24 scale slot car body kit by fein design. a 2g chaparral. anyone willing to sell one, please contact me. thanks Bill
  17. picked up this 1/24 scale 2g chaparral. it's a remote control car ,so will use another kit for chassis.
  18. the best way is aluminum tube or copper . i bought some at a local ace hardware store. use the side exhaust from the kit. cut off straight tube and leave about 1/4 inch of plastic just past were the 4 pipes end. i used 5 minute 2 part epoxy and slid tubing onto the 1/4 inch of plastic. the epoxy will flow and fill gaps. comes out not bad looking.
  19. i had been watching a 1/24 scale cox chaparral 2e on e-bay . started at $2,500 and with a minute to go was at $4,950 in the last few seconds it went to the final price of $8,300 insane! item # 151236731465
