  1. I LOVE snow! If it wouldn't reqiure moving to another continent I wouldn't mind snow every day of the year!! This is my back yard. Is that not beutifull or what? The only problem is, No garage! There's more here: http://public.fotki.com/ElCaminoBilly/natu...and_trips/snow/
  2. That is nice! The color is awesome, I love Sublime....
  3. That flame job is awesome...
  4. That's awesome...Very subdued colors are a great choice, they make you really look at it to see all the details...
  5. Never...Or at least, not unless Wal-Mart loses control. All they want are those 4. There are resins of the Charger, and the Fusion looks close enough to the 04-05 Taurus that with some creative rear window reshaping and a little bit of sanding and filling it'll be close enough. But, a resin version has been in rumor of production for almost a year now. Revell said they plan to work on a Car of Tomorrow car (Ed Sexton told me this himself) but those things are just nasty.
  6. I didn't know you designed that! I built one of them way back when. I need another, I want to do one up good. I hope AMT reissues it soon
  7. Yes, that is William... I hope this doesn't break any rules... Gregg, Jairus, please don't beat me http://www.randyayersmodeling.com/modelingforum/
  8. Well John, your best bet is to post on a board that has more then one NASCAR builder on it...(meaning me) I am not sure Paul is still making decals, unfortunatly... I am pretty sure William @ BSR is working on a new sheet for that car, though, or possibly the Monte Carlo version of Earl's..
  9. http://public.fotki.com/ElCaminoBilly/mode...ows/liars-2006/ Really Great show, looking forward to Next year!
  10. I've always liked the Thing...Would be nice to have that in 1/64....
  11. Hey Ismael, I took these pictures thinking of you! (I have a bigger version to make it easier to read if you wish, by clicking on here: http://images18.fotki.com/v345/fileTG3y/b1...ationals436.jpg You ask Charlie Kroll...I was on the phone with him when I walked into the room that was in, and said to him "Ismael's going to flip when he sees these!"
  12. I believe Fred Cady has decals for that car...
  13. Are you and Joe coming down for it? I'm hoping to get there, I will know next Monday...
  14. Very cool Bill!! The back's just too low 'cause you had to load it up with stuff for the move! 8)
  15. Not G or J but yes, I know for a fact that #116 came out about a month or two ago...I know because one of my builds is in it I have not been to the hobby shop since before Toledo so I don't know if 117 is out yet...luckily he will hold one for me so I won't miss it though!
  16. I suggested this back when I joined the board in March....and I still think it's a good idea!
  17. Charlie if you remove the spaces from the image address and the img tags the photos will work.... Ever find your missing wheel?
  18. I would be more then happy with a 1970 El Camino. The same tooling could be used to make a 1970 Wagon as well. I'd even take it if it was modified off a Chevelle! (though it would be incorrect, I'd rather have that version then none at all!) I'd like to see a kit of the current NASCAR Dodge Charger. I know 2 resins are already available, and a third is on the way, but I have limited Intrepids and I want to build them AS Intrepids! Plus, each resin body is at the least $25, plus another $20 for kit and decals, then I don't have as many Intrepids. One kit would take care of that, I could then do as many Charger NASCAR versions as I want, which is about 30, as I love the NASCAR Charger! More pickups, especially Dodges! Anything else is fine with me. I like most American subjects and I have enough kits that I really don't need to buy any more...
  19. A dremel is a great tool...I got mine for Christmas two years ago, from my mom. I'm not too good at using it yet, but you want to make sure that you have lots of protection. The dremel can fling sharp, pointy bits of heated plastic in all directions, so wear safety glasses...and you want to wear heavy gloves, I wear a set of Mechanix brand gloves. I have not tried it yet, but I hear it's really great for sanding tires for a more accurate look. I build alot of NASCAR and they look better with sanded tires....and it just makes my hand hurt to sand them freehand. I will try that soon (hopefully by the end of the year) and I'm sure it would work well for street car use, as well.
  20. Thanks, guys! I just noticed that the link had been posted wrong, the link will work now...Sorry about that!!
  21. Hi Greg, nice to see you over here!!
  22. Mark has lots of talent...He won best of show with his Pearson Torino 2 years ago...You know it was good to have a NASCAR win! I don't think he posts on the boards though....
  23. WOW! This was such an incredible weekend! It was my 4th NNL Nationals and it was by far the most fun I have had at any of them! I talked to and met so many people and ran in to so many old friends, it's not funny! I won't even try naming names because the volume of people would mean that I leave people out, just because I talked to so many people! I can't possibly get across how much fun I had! I also won my first ever door prize, a 63 Dodge sedan from R&R Vacuum Craft! Both my mom and brother had won a door prize in the past, but I havn't! I've never seen a show run out of entry slips before! I didn't get photographed for either magazine (as usual!) even though I thought I had a slim chance this time. But I still had lots of fun and I hate that it's over! I figured out how to get the Red Roof's high speed to work so I was able to upload my photos of the show, of which there are 127. Tomorrow I will photograph what I bought, it's mostly resin....I got 9 new resins at this show! My favorite 32 Ford for the theme (and I had one in there!) My own Tucker Part of the NASCAR section, including the work of myself (Carl Edwards Cars), Clay Kemp (superdetailed Marcis car), Dave Van (Weatherly Mercury), Charlie Kroll (NAPA Chevy) and Mike Madlinger Gregg Hutchings working hard! My NNL Coverage is right here! http://public.fotki.com/ElCaminoBilly/mode...ionals-27-2006/
  24. Congrats Irv, well deserved award!
  25. Ken it was a pleasure to meet you, and an awesome show!!
