  1. It's a Model forum for God's sake. Take your hate elsewhere. Sick of trolls
  2. Mr Little look to the left " AND GET OVER IT" You Sir , offend me , you offend my hobby and need a good spanking and some serious lessons in manners that it is apparent that you where not properly raised as a young child.
  3. I loved your build and thought that when I first saw it it could be a real General. I didn't post a comment as there is always someone that seems to be offended with my avatar and starts a "wa wa wa" whine about the Flag. This is a Model Forum not a soapbox for people with a cause, and try and get everything their way. I am trying not to get involved in any skirmishes with anybody. So I try and hold back and keep in mind what this forum is all about. As for banning avatars, really ?
  4. I would like to build a 65 stock fastback. I have some 64 1/2 convert kits and a couple 66 GT350 kits. I have almost everything I need to pull it off EXCEPT the side louvers. The GT350 has open spots for windows All kits are 1/24 Mono. By some strange chance does someone make louver inserts. OR if I cut the louvers out of a AMT 1/25 funny car body can I get them to work on the Mon. body ? I know there are stock 65 Fastback kits but I want to work with what I have. Another thread has me wanting to build A 66 GT350 convert and a stock 65 Fastback to replicate the one I had back n the day. Thanks for all your wise advice and information
  5. The white car pictured is a 65. I believe that's correct for a 64 1/2 and a 65 . I will check my convert kits
  6. I said 66 thinking about the side louvers. I haven't checked the kits yet to see what the 66 has. On second thought I could make a replica of the 65 Fastback I had back in the day
  7. Currently putting a 3.8 from a 91 Thunderbird SC into 32 3 window. The first engine was built with the super charger but with all the intake pipes it was too wide so I built another with the EFI intake from the 32 5 window kit.
  8. I think I see a future project ( make that two). Grab a couple kits off the shelf. Build a 66 Shelby GT350 convert and a stock 66 fastback. I just checked I have 3 641/2 Convert kits and two 66 GT350 kits. Two Kits = Two Builds
  9. From what I see only difference between a 64 1/2 (65) and a 66, gas cap, side louvers and grill. All these would get changed anyway. Easy Peasy
  10. How hard would be to make a 641/2 Mustang Convert into a 66 Shelby ?
  11. What happens on my credit card , stays on my credit card. No sense in letting the wifey have any idea what I spend.
  12. Daisy does have some good looking parts.
  13. I just figured it may be from the land "down under"
  14. Was this from Australia ?
  15. I have two kits of the Thunderbird SC. I am using the engine for another build. The 1992 seemed OK but the 91 kit seems that the plastic is a bit brittle. Did Revell have aproblem with the plastic in 91? I also have a 1990 kit but have not started doing anything with that yet.
  16. Super Glue mixed with Baby Powder works for me. Gives me a chance to use up my bottles of glue with messed up caps and the glue is getting thicker.
  17. Hey I had a 58 Desoto back in the day. Looked more like the bottom pic.
  18. Loved the video, gonna download it
  19. Not sure if this will help. It was from another 53
