The aftermarket is your friend. VCG resins has a L-6 250 cubic inch that would drop right in that Camaro.

Define "Kit bash" between those models? The 81-91 Blazer front sheet metal is different than the 73-80, so not sure what you can do between the two. The Sod Buster may yield a different grille, but that is about it. I think the aftermarket community will have some cool stuff for it that would be better suited for "bashing" the new kit. Already there are wheel and tires from Fireball that would be a natural, along with some of his other off road parts.

Put me down for a couple of those Blazers. I expect the 3D community to develop different grilles for it to depict all of the 81-91 model years. And I am sure the likes of Fireball will be busy with wheel and tire combinations and possibly lift kits to give us options. And if Revell can get that Camaro kit out before Round2 gets the long delayed reissue of the 78(?) Camaro kit, they can probably forget about selling as many because that Camaro kit looks to have 3 different hoods/build options. My model budget will take a hit later this year with all that is scheduled to hit, but it will be worth it.

mikemodeler replied to turboski's topic in Truck Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
Check with MCM Member Zania(?) Andy Lesiak as he does a lot of printing and if he doesn't have the file, he may be able to find it and print it. -
Check out Fireball Modelworks or VCG Resins for Bronco parts.

That is really nice, love how it sits with the wheels and tires. -
Help me out here. You say you have disabled your smart phone and smart TV so they can't spy on you, but you go online to chat in forums and aren't worried about being tracked? Do you surf the internet for hobby related items on your computer? Do you have a rewards card at the grocery store? Gas station? drug store? If you do your buying habits and searches are being recorded for marketing purposes.

Checked earlier this morning, I do not have any extras after all, sorry. Hopefully someone picks up production of the Olson Bros stuff, they made some great things!
-
What do you have for trade? Some of those kits are OOP and a bit hard to come by.
-
Are you looking to trade for these or buy them outright?
-
Let me check, I think I have some extras.

If you cannot find a trade partner, they are available from Modelhaus Tires. https://www.modelhaustires.com/collection/803

Moebius Wrecker Truck Announcement
mikemodeler replied to Erik Solie's topic in Truck Kit News & Reviews
Erik, When can we reasonably expect these to hit the shelves? I have heard everything from July to October so if you could give us a better estimate that would be great. -

Wes at Wes's Model Car Corner is taking pre-orders for this truck, scheduled for July delivery. $35.50 is his price, be sure to get your orders in early, they are bound to go fast! -
Mine finally arrived on June 7. Read it to find out why the issue was delayed and hope that it gets back to the previous schedule of every other month because I had faith that things were going well.

Nice work. I have one of those in the works as well, got similar decals from Ray's Decals for mine. -
I signed up for a 2 year subscription on March 8, have yet to receive an issue. Any way to find out if the latest issue has been sent to me?
-
I have noticed that it has been nearly 4 months since the last issue went to press and am wondering if the next issue (224) is on it's way? I was under the impression that the magazine was back in regular production cycles and it's schedule of 6 issues per year was being met? Any updates on when the next issue is coming?
