Awesome styling que's DL, I'm with ya on the front fenders. And the Drag City interior is a winner in my book. He makes very nice pieces/parts. The changes to the bed are nicely done, your stance as always is spot on. Thanks for sharing this one... -
That looks great! I did the same thing on a 32-roadster body once using some outdated BMF. Yours turned very nice. I'll bet you never complain out foiling a 57,58 Chevy again!

One of the greatest hits in NASCAR history was when Jimmy punched Kurt Bush in the mouth...

If someone knows the exact color it was, I can fake it from there!

Heather, you have my deepest condolences. I hope you and your family find peace during this difficult time. Being a styrene addict much like your father I enjoyed his models very much. He has a very distinct style, clean and detailed with attention to detail. Adding touches that set his builds apart from others. I never had the pleasure of meeting him, but I'd bet my paycheck he had these same qualities in every aspect of his life. Just the fact that you joined this group to learn more about your dad says a lot about yourself and the effect your dad had on your life. I don't know the details of what seems like an untimely departure, but I am confident he loved you and is very proud of you. May he rest in peace. God's Speed Plowboy...

Good looking model here. I have set of Blue Ridge Decals for this car and would love to find some pictures of it. Not much on the net but my search did lead me to yours...

Love me some custom....

Thanks Karl, Al was a great guy. I still talk to his wife once in awhile...

Impressively clean build from a difficult kit. It's hard to find a mold seam anywhere. Nicely detailed and pretty cool colors, well done.

I'm liking all the subtle details like the washer bottle, wiring and the interior. Very nice...

My attempt at a non-restored original owner Road Runner, nothing to shiny or fancy. I struggled some with the interior tub/chassis fitment but managed to get it together with some minor adjusting. I used MCW Sunfire yellow and clear. This product is a hot lacquer and caused seen plastic bleeding with the body. But that was my own doing for applying the paint to fast. And yes, the front edge of the black hood paint is angled correctly...

Super clean build you have there, perfect color combo....

Interesting build. What kind of paint did you use?

Very nicely done exhaust.
