The 76 Nova looks real sharp like that! Yeah, good luck with your surgery, and you are indeed going to have a lot of time off. All the best to you, David S.
One could make some very cool stuff for show rods that way too. Beer tapper shift handles, custom grills, and all kinds of shaped steering wheels! I love it, thanks for sharing. David S,
And I was hoping they would make BMF a little thicker!! So sorry, this looks real easy to snag, tear, peel, burn through, etc. But a well put together tutorial for sure!! David S.
I found some tires from a toy pull back truck.
They had a tread I liked and wanted to try to
make them look better for model truck use.
So I pulled one apart and chromed the rim.
It still needs the black out of the wheel
opening and a back cover up.
But I think that there is hope for these!
The pics show common kit tires for you
to compare it against.

Brian, You knocked that one out of the park sir!! That is some the best "Rusty crusty" work I have seen yet. Great job!!! I look forward to more from you. Rust never sleeps, David S.
Dave, I really like what you have going there. That windshield is a cool touch for sure Building one of those has been on my want list for quite a while now. Good job on this beauty!! Build happy my friends, David S.
Well it's looking very cool so far. I'm just loving this! It might even inspire me to finish my "Baja Beast" build that has been sitting for a very long time now. David S.
That looks really tough like that! I just am in awe of
how shiny and deep that finish is!! I just love it.
Your making me want to grab my '68 kit and give
it a start in the "build it world" here!!!
Thanks for sharing,
David S.
Can you maybe take some pics of your club meeting when everybody has their builds to show for us? I know I would really like that, this sounds like a very cool club project!! David S.
Anthony, Can you post a pic of the box on that one? I'm trying to figure out what that kit is. It is very cool in that configuration! Build on, me watching, David S.
Joe,
These are beautiful, they are a work of art
in themselves, that's for sure!!
I have been trying to catch up on some of
threads that I was following, and this truck is
a gem, I just love it.
David S.
Yup!! I read that book too! And the best part is that it has no end to it at all. It just keeps going on, and on, and on!! Just like that Energizer bunny. David S.
