  1. Well I certainly hope you do! Because I just loved this one. And as others mentioned, the color is just perfect for that 4 wheel road monster. David S.
  2. This looks just amazing Paul! You must have some very steady hands for all the decal work alone on this car. Super nice job, you must be proud of this!?! David S.
  3. Nice work Patrick! I have never seen one of these built up before. And I have one sitting here yet from the 90's! I'm just not a big import car builder. But I like this one, that's for sure. David S.
  4. I love it! 69 and 70 Vettes are some of my favorite year models. And that green is perfect on that car. David S.
  5. That yellow looks good on the 65 Chevy. Nice build, I love it Phillip!! David S.
  6. Yeah, I think it sits just right! And the girl has good taste in color choices, it looks awesome like that. I want a 69 Torino yet for my piles. I always liked the design of that car. Great team effort, David S.
  7. That is very cool indeed!! It reminds me of one of the 80's designs by Pinheadfarina. Or something like that!! David S.
  8. Steve, That's one well put together kit there! And your right, HotRod deluxe can have ones mind thinking of a great many good building possibilities. Builders beware, you will want to sell all your muscle car kits and buy Hot Rods!! I'm preparing to do just that lately. Build happy, David S.
  9. I think this is a super sharp build of a often forgotten modeling subject! My love for salt flats cars of all kinds goes way back to when I was young. David S.
  10. I love the way you worked a ton of cool details on this one! What are those heads from? Or are those aftermarket pieces? I know I have seen them before somewhere. Again, great job on this "32 RatTastic coupe!! David S.
  11. That's a nice color Nick! I have wanted to try the nail polish paint job for some time. My wife works at a Walgreens store here in our town and they always have these really cool colors in that Sinful brand. Again, nice work Nick!! David S.
  12. Well, you have the first one now Ben! LOL!! But seriously, that would be cool, you need to do it. David S.
  13. That's very interesting stuff Raoul! Thanks for sharing. David S.
  14. Since we have peoples interest in this build, does any decal makers have a good set of correct decals for this car? My set from Monogram does not have all the decals needed to do it right. Mike are you using anything other than what comes with this kit for your build? David S.
  15. I have to agree, this is a dream of mine. My wish is to do full size Fords from '56 - '70! But of course the '58 is going to a hard one, as well as '67 + '68. I get a bit jealous seeing your builds. I love that '67 conv.! And I'm sure this one will get me too. David S.
  16. It's looking real good! That top came out perfect. If you are interested in adding one more detail, the metal strips on the A pillars are aluminum air foils that were added to give the car more aerodynamics. Kinda funny really, because the cars often had the vinyl tops on them! David S.
  17. That is looking great!! Black and red in that combo always looks good to me. I have a Fujimi kit of the 911 turbo, but I wish it was that version. Those cleaner lines just look right to me. Very nice job on this! David S.
  18. First off, I love what you got going on here!! I have to add my 2 cents worth now! I thought maybe that I was the only one who just sat on a bunch of kits even though I was looking forward to building them. My problem is I keep thinking I should wait because maybe I will goof it up, and I really like the kit! And now my building skills are going down hill in a fast pace. (growing old sucks!!) Maybe I need plastiholics therapy or something!?! Build happy my friends, David S.
  19. Yes indeed, those rims you built are going to look awesome on that "Low and Lean" body you have! David S.
  20. That look great, and I love that blue on the chassis' color for sure. David S.
  21. Hey Steve, Just checking in to see what's new and exciting! I look forward to seeing the results. David S.
  22. The big thing I would mention is to get a lot of reference photos to use as you go. Door jams, trunk lids, etc. need a bit of time to get right! There is a great hinge making tutorial right here on this site for you. (if you need) I look forward to seeing this as you go along here. Good luck! David S.
  23. Dennis, I have the decals you are looking for. If you would like them send me a pm with address and I will mail them out to you. I would just like to keep the aftermarket decals on the sheet if you don't need those! David S.
  24. She's a beauty!! David S.
  25. That is one very cool build! It had to have been fun to do. David S.
