  1. Yes, that paint work is just right! I don't think I would polish on that either, it's perfect like it is right now. Nice work indeed, can't wait to see more!! David S.
  2. I need some fries and a drink with that, cause "I'm lovin' it"!! David S. "Just another David"
  3. I would love one of those also! Even completely in stock form, that's a great looking car. David S.
  4. LOL!!! Yeah, I guess sarcasm doesn't print well in a post! I'm just confused what the 64 1/2 part means in the posting title. But I do still love it! David S.
  5. That is looking good, I hope you have more time soon for this one!?! It's going to be great, I'm looking forward to it!!! David S.
  6. Very cool indeed!! Is that Pontiac power under that missing hood? It is going to look great. David S.
  7. That looks great, but it's weird to think about that race car was racing in 1964! Nice work, I love it!! David S.
  8. Thanks Dan (iamsuperdan) I'm very pleased with the trade as well. I look forward putting this kit together. Hopefully within the next 10 years or so, at the rate that I'm moving at lately!! David S.
  9. Johan, That looks to be great parts for starting a great build. I still want to do a Corvair powered Manx build myself! The look of that bigger motor hanging out the back, I feel like you just can't go wrong!! I will be watching this build for sure, and what is the kit you bashed the motor from? David S.
  10. For foiling for sure!! You need a good little furrow kinda to guide the blade through. I do this same process for all my builds. Personally, I love Cudas and Chargers and so on, and so on!! So, I'll be watching for your first pics to show up. " Build thirsty my friend" David S.
  11. X2!! Love the color, that should be real sweeeet!!! David S.
  12. Todd, you can also just "drag and drop" from your desktop. That's the way I always do it on this site! David S.
  13. Dennis, This is another cool build you have going here!! Inspirational stuff like this is the fuel for my fire. And trust me when I say that generally I am but a glowing cinder! ( barely glowing ) Phaeton bodies are a big favorite of mine, so as they say " build on please, I'll be here watching." David S.
  14. Looks real cool, what kind of big meats are you putting under there? David S.
  15. I like it, cool how you did the ribbon logos on the seats and stuff. But those front wheels are a bit on the scary side. Like "Death Race 3000" or something like that!! David S.
  16. I just found this thread today. Your work on this car ranks 5 stars for sure!! The 510 Datsun is a car I have been quite fond of for many years now, and you have just given me a new take on it. David S.
  17. Yes, I agree!! I have been checking back on a regular basis to this post. The good part with that is, I find new things that I missed every single time. I really hope you make copies available from those nicely done molds you have there. It is my guess that many people would not mind paying shipping from Aussie Land to get one!!! Your new fan, David S.
  18. I picked up a few new kits that I don't seem to see reviews on. - '70 Charger "Fast and furious" Revell - '13 Camaro ZL1 "Performance" Revell this is the kit with giant cowl hood. - Pirahna spy car AMT If anyone is interested I will take photos and post them here gladly. David S.
  19. Being a big Mustang fan, I can honestly say that I will watch your build. The motor looks like a nice clean build. And red looks good on those early Stangs! If you are sticking with red!?! David S. (27 Mustang kits and growing)
  20. Well I can certainly understand that, I pretty much lost the use of my hands last year! I'm starting to get back to the hobby since my spinal surgery 5 months ago. Hang in there brother, we are here for you!! And Steve, love the Charger, that steering wheel looks awesome! You did a amazing job on that one!! Keep up the great work. David S.
  21. Travis, This is really looking cool, I'm glad your staying the course here! Keep up the wonderful work. David S.
  22. Thanks Charlie, I have been quite curious about that kit. My hopes are same as yours, also it might recruit some younger builders! David S. P.S.- I'm going to buy a red one!!
  23. I'm impressed with your thinned paint brush work! That's not so easy to do, I know!! Nice work, it should be very cool. David S.
