  1. This is another truck I built. I saw some pictures online of an original bug done this way and thought it might works on the new beetle. It has an engine from a fujimi porsche 911 flipped 180 in the bed, and I tried to add airlines for the suspension and brake pipes. I'd like to do another of this, but make it a 6 wheel mini semi with some kinda trailer but it wont be for a while.
  2. I'm in the far north, on the orkney islands
  3. Cheers mate, I was worried about chopping it but it went better than I expected
  4. I built this last year for a build off on jerryscherrys forum. It's the lindberg kit with one or two changes. The interior is from a camero, engine from a mpc doh charger and the rest is from the floor/leftovers. Apologies for the link, my pics are too big http://s1368.photobucket.com/user/stitchdup/library/40 ford?sort=3&page=1

  7. Neat, I've never seen one of these built, and you did a good job
  8. Great job, she has a good taste in colour too
  9. I read somewhere about office workers having raised desks that they stand at. I believe the reason was to cut the number of dodgy backs from sitting hunched over all day. If I remember correctly it cut the number of sick days for backs, by about half
  10. Nice details, I particularly like the broken mirror glass with the workings exposed.
  11. If you look on some of the japanese kit sale sites, a lot of them say if they come with left or right dashes. Hasegawa and aoshima tend to include both.
  12. Very cool build and concept, I made mine into a coe pick up when I did one
  13. One of the japanese companies does a 70's skylark. I saw one on ebay last night but it was in austrailia
  14. revell.de used to do a few corrado kits but they are all over $100 now and amt did the scirocco
  15. I finished this a couple of weeks ago and this is my favourite view of it. Going to build another at some point in the future
  16. Early mk1 ford transit with a petrol engine. the diesel had a trout pout grille that came out level with the lights. think they came out in very late 60;s up until mid 70's when the mk2 was released. as a side note it was the most common get away vehicle for bank robberies in the uk due to its car handling and speeds. couldn't say for sure what year it is
  17. Nice work, the gold really suits it and the engine is just like a bit of jewellery
