I would look for another clear plastic. the bottles lose their clarity after a few months and look fogged up or scratched. if you've put effort into doing the work, it can be disheartening to see one of the first things you see look wrong.

I was going to suggest the same as swamp dog. that way you can blutac them to the walls and if you feel like changing them up its just a case of swapping them around

c1-powder over metallic blue paint. this is over pale green non metallic but it gives an idea on how it changes. use it over black for a steel effect. if you get marks on it during assembly just rub on some more

you can get great clear plastic from computer/phone repair shops too. the samsung parts packaging is the best but apple plastic works if you keep away from the edges where it is distorted

I assembled the engine this afternoon. It all went together pretty well and the couple of parts that were warped turned out to hide the warp when it went together. So far the kit feels like an icm/italeri cross in how it goes together. Its also the first time i've sucessfully drilled a distributor

i've seen some on ebay listed as rat rod grilles. I dont know if they fit the fergie kits though

got the base for the gto paint job on this morning. i'm trying to build it with a 70s theme crossed between the usa and japan. this will be in the hakosuka style with some american influence. the main paint is probably going to be purple flake

any resin printer can do it. its just a case of mixing the resin before putting it in the tank the same way we mix paints

if you dip the parts in HOT water the supports leave less marks. my tyres printed in black dont even need painted. the spare tyre on this isn't painted, just 85% black resin and 15% grey and its a great match for tamiya rubber black paint

you could try dusting on primer but you'd need to be very light. i'd sand between each dusting with sanding sponges at 800 grit or higher and repeat until your happy. even just a light go with the sponges might work as they look worse than they really are. maybe even a dusting of filler primer but i'd try the sponges alone first
