  1. I used to own a '69, that sounds about right. 😉
  2. Super easy. Just snap off the hog rings, take the cover off, add a layer of foam and put the cover back on. It'd take me less then an hour. Just surprising that they left it that way. Maybe they're not done yet but it looks finished to me.
  3. Super nice truck but whoever put the new upholstry on the seat needs to take it back off and put in another layer of 1" foam. There's no way it would have left the shop I trained at like that. Must have been an owner done job.
  4. There's more then a few builders here that I would NOT want to go head to head with in a buildoff. 😧
  5. They already did, this is it/them.
  6. I'v decided this will be my next project. AMT kit with a Flintstone resin body and 3-D printed artilery wheels. Haven't decided on very dark blue or a dark orange yet. Not even sure on the engine either but it'll be a Ford engine. either a flathead or 302.
  7. So, back on this one. did up the interior. Just paint, didn't even flock the floor. Did the foil around the windows and added some black paint detailing. There's an auful lot of trim on this car so I'm just doing it a little at a time. Also lowered it a bit by just drilling new axel holes. I'm gonna be looking for smaller tires.
  8. I have seen another announcement for the Blazer a month or two ago but again, not much else. Maybe Steve G. will comment on this. I'm really looking forward to this though. I'll have plans and already have the perfect wheels I'll be using on it. 😉
  9. Yes, this one. This is the kit Tom Carter told me was modified to make the current '72 Chevy long fleetside so unless Round 2 does the clone thing with it, it can't be reissued in this form. Same kit as the one with the red buildup and wide billitt wheels.
  10. Not that I know of aside from wet sanding it off and polishing out the spot. A very tricky proposition I've had to do more times then I'd like to admit.
  11. Didn't we have a limit of 10 pics per post at one time or am I thinking of a different site?
  12. Primer looks good Jerry. Quick tip with that kit, If you cut the bumper apart from the grille and mount them sepratly they'll both fit better.
  13. Don't know what that's all about but I was just cracking a joke. We sometimes do that from time to time here. 😉
  14. Not sure I like that idea, I won't be able to read ANYONE'S posts then ! I'm on enough people's "ignore" list as it is. 😲
  15. It's this,, I checked mine, not a guess.
