  1. Sorry Casey but it seems to me he's just getting the same treatment he [and one of the moderators] gave to me a few years ago which resulted in my quitting this forum for a year to cool off. I feel no compassion for Mr. Duff.
  2. All the MPC/AMT kits based off the "Switchers" series has one including the recently reissued '32 sedan delivery with the Coke decals.
  3. It will be interesting to see how the Revell body compares to the original JoHan body.
  4. No ,,, just ,, no.
  5. Sweet Riv. Great paintwork.
  6. I believe those wheels are Appliance "Uni-Chrome Slots" Casey. They're in a couple Tom Daniel kits too. https://vintagewheelcatalogs.com/appliance/
  7. Only when I have liver with fava beans. ??
  8. Really nice group of builds this year Dominik. ?
  9. Yea, your right, my math was off. You proved me wrong, now I'm bitter. ? ??
  10. I have the kit of the Gee Bee R in the boxing below. The kit actually scales out to real close to 1/25, not 1/32 as stated on the box.
  11. Thanks everyone. I appreciate all the kind comments. It makes going to the trouble of posting up all the pictures worth it. All of you have also been doing some fantastic builds over the last year so kudos to all of you and all the great building that's been inspiring all of us over the past year. ???
  12. Hi Claud, No, it's a '69 Pontiac color from Scale Finishes I had on hand that's pretty close to the '72 pickup factory color.
  13. Turned out beautiful Gerry.
  14. I'm waiting on Scott too. He tells me he won't have any more until the border opens up without test, etc. He used to go across the border to pick up shipments from various suppliers every Monday but that's out of the question for now.
  15. Almost to the hour. Pretty good but if you want real time weather check this link. Worldwide network of weather hobbyists home stations linked up on the net plus radar, etc. Looks like there's around a dozen home stations just in Winnipeg. You'll have to set it for your area but it's up to the minute. https://www.wunderground.com/wundermap
  16. Here's a link to pics of an actual LM in The Smithsonian Museum. They should be pretty accurate. Almost the same as the link Steve posted above but might have some other pics in there. https://airandspace.si.edu/collection-objects/lunar-module-2-apollo/nasm_A19711598000
  17. Some pretty cool and very creative builds there Tim. ?
  18. '72 Chevy stepside. '71 Impala Chopped '32 3-window '65 Impala custom '64 Thunderbird and just for a bit of variety,, the "Starship One" Boeing 720 as used by Elton John in late '74
  19. Just shows you don't need a super complicated, detailed kit to create a stunning model. Super job.
  20. That's the standard roof. It was available on the '66 cars but AMT chose to do the upmarket Landau version. It should be very easy to cut the sides of the separate '66 kit roof and add a strip for the drip rail to make this roof.
  21. Finished this up last night.AMT annual '64 rebuild. Trim and door handles shaved, modified '66 tail light and back bumper with the center section of the light lens replaced with a section from a second lens.HOK Tangerine pearl paint with light beige interior.Kit engine block with heads, intake and carbs from the custom Thunderbird engine in the AMT '34 Ford pickup. Underhood sheet metal and various engine bay details from the newer AMT '62 Thunderbird roadster kit.Wheels are the K/H "Strippers" from the AMT '63 Corvette kit.
  22. You could just do what he would do ,, get a figure of some other car builder and put his name on it. ?
  23. That's stunning !! ???
  24. Looks fantastic Ludwig. You did a great job on all the little details. Your 1/1 is beautiful too. My uncle Walter had a restored, Corinthian White '62 convertible, lovely car.
  25. That's one slick unit Luke ???
